That's actually a misnomer. Something I first pointed out a couple years ago, that numerous other people happened to confirm, is that the more "degenerate" media is only being propped up by a few whales. So, I conducted a little experiment and found out that, over in Japan, such fetish content was actually in the severe minority (With the biggest creators of said content being either women or gooks).
