Why don't you use Mega to upload files?

Why not download the content and stick it in a torrent? Or on IPFS? If you really must encode the URL you could choose some random password unique to each URL, throw it through a CPU and memory hard key derivation function like scrypt, bcrypt, etc, and then use the resulting hash to encrypt the URL. Choose hashing parameters that make it take like 5 minutes and 4GB of ram on an average system to perform the hash. Then even if an attacker figures out the algorithm they still have to spend that much compute and memory per URL they want to decrypt.

Hypnosis first tries to relax you, so much that you enter a trance. In a trance, your mental faculties are altered. Some like to call this the "altered state of consciousness".
