That was last season's finale I believe. I can't believe it's basically been what 2 or 3 years since then? As far as Rusty and the Monarch being brothers, IIRC they didn't confirm it outright but it is heavily implied that Doc Sr. and the Blue Morpho were swinging. I can't remember if they said that the Blue Morpho was sterile or not though.

Yes, Morpho was definitely cucked by Jonas. It's amazing how they managed to take Rusty's God/Devil figure and systematically carve away the legend over the years, leaving nothing but the abusive douchebag.
