Anyone remember this absolute classic of unintentional comedy?
>>22937 Yeah, anything happen recently?
>>22940 The website went down some time ago and there was no further word from the author. I'm lookng for an archive of the whole thing but so far I'm not having a lot of success. I think there was a storytime of most of it at the old 8ch, but I don't remember what the address of the archive was.
I wouldn't mind a storytime, if anyone has it saved.
>>22962 Im sure someone has it, its been storytimed multiple times before.
>>22970 The fact that he draws the suit as a suit, with visible zippers and seams, but then draws the head as if it's a real head, with non-mask expressions (even though the visible neck seam is right there) is incredibly unsettling.
>>22976 Last I remember some Anon did edit those two pages with a more accurate head.
>>22937 >"You're quite correct, it's an oddity. I wasn't aiming for that, but it's kind of cool that it turned out that way. A friend of mine recently described DoU as a "do-it-yourself model kit," like LEGOs or Tinkertoys. You dump all of the parts out of the box and build whatever you want out of it. Want a serious story about the effects of intolerance? You'll find it. Want to see a batshit crazy insane story? It's there. Just look past both and see furries? Okay. Someone on cuckchannel or somewhere said DoU could "possibly do anything," and I guess that's just about right. It just depends on what people are looking to see in it."
>>22977 I got you covered fam.
>>22991 That's better.
>>22991 >>22970 >>22937 That book disturbs as much as judge Dredd predicted the fat acceptance movement. Media pushing tranny shit is more disgusting than a world where being a furry is normalized to the point they are considered racial minorities.
>>22937 Is it supposed to humanize furfags and shit on SomethingAwful goons? Not sure if you can still find the author on DeviantArt.
>>23973 The author pretty much disappeared online. I don’t even know where to find the comic now.
>Unintentional I'm pretty sure the author knows exactly what he's doing.
>>23999 (checked) That's also what I got from reading the first few chapters back then. Very tongue-in-cheek.
>>22991 More edits like this?
>>24370 Sadly those are the only ones, unless someone is willing to make more.
>>22991 I still remember the SomethingAwful pants gag, that one aged well. >>23998 Not even in the badwebcomics wikia?
>>22937 The artist of it still posts on kiwifarms with the username UtopiaGuy
>>30661 Any idea if he left a link to an archive, or where I could find one? Wayback and archive.is are incomplete.

>>22937 I remember it and love it. Unironically love shit like this. The artist had a vision and I think that vision was very well realized in the comic. Even if it turned out like a terrible joke, I think it's well done and entertaining. Do we have a link to the full comic?
>>23998 https://www.deviantart.com/autumnlakecomic/gallery Found his DA, but no signs of life. >>30792 Only the article at BadWebComics, turns out the main guy hates conservatives because they're so rightwing. He definitely wanted to humanize faggotry but backfired horribly forcing him to ragequit.
