Why do people make these shrines to products? Whenever I see some weird cringey shit on the internet my first reaction is to assume it's fake or staged. And some of it is really easy to fake, like those YouTubers who have an entire wall of DVD cases and boxes, those could easily be just empty props. But how do you fake a wall full of toys? I could easily see the posters just being print-outs, but the 3D objects have to be legit. What kind of mental illness causes one to hoard all that shit?
