>He initially wants Strange to turn back time so Peter can prevent Mysterio from leaking his identity, but Strange explains he no longer has the Time Stone.
>Strange feels bad for Peter and suggests a reality-altering spell that would erase his identity from everyone’s minds. Wong warns Strange that the spell is too dangerous before leaving on vacation, but Strange is sure he can pull it off.
>Strange and Peter go into the basement so Strange can perform the spell, but Peter keeps interrupting because he still wants May, Ned, MJ and Happy to remember. Strange loses control of the spell and it nearly destroys reality.
>Strange sends Peter away for being a fuckup. Peter finds out the MIT admissions officer contacted him to give him another chance and he missed the appointment because he was at the Sanctum.
>Peter chases the admissions officer to the bridge, where he is attacked by Green Goblin and Doctor Octopus and fights them in his nanotech suit.
>Green Goblin figures out something is wrong and bails, while Doc Ock pins Peter down and assimilates his suit nanites into his arms.
>Strange teleports in, captures Doc Ock and locks him up at the Sanctum, where he explains that Peter’s fuckup created multiple cracks in reality from which enemies of Spider-Man from across the Multiverse are coming into their universe.
>Strange has already captured the Lizard and now Doc Ock, and he tells Peter to round up the remaining visitors while he deals with the cracks.
>Peter asks MJ and Ned for help. Otto comes to his senses volunteers to help as well.
>Peter wears his suit inside out and Strange enchants it so its webs automatically teleport the visitors to the Sanctum.
>Peter finds Electro feeding off power lines and they fight. Sandman arrives and helps Peter, allowing Peter to imprison both to the Sanctum.
>Peter next captures Goblin, though none of the leaks specify how.
>At the Sanctum, Peter spends time with the visitors and realizes they are all well-meaning men whose minds were affected by their powers. Otto even returns the nanites and Norman helps him create the integrated suit.
>Strange returns and locks up the visitors into a magic cube so he can return them to their own universes.
>Peter finds out the visitors are fated to die fighting their Spider-Men and refuses to accept this.
>Peter steals the cube and fights Strange. Strange pulls him into the Mirror Dimension, but Peter manages to steal his sling ring and leave Strange trapped there.
>Peter gives the sling ring to Ned, who slowly learns how to create portals with it. Ned also briefly wears the Cloak of Levitation.
>Peter takes the cube to Happy’s apartment and frees the visitors, explaining that he wants to help them. Otto modifies an Arc Reactor so Electro can control his powers.
>Things are going well until Peter reveals that he will send the visitors back to their original universes once they are rehabilitated, since they can’t stay in the MCU without endangering reality.
>Norman succumbs to the Green Goblin’s influence again and rallies the other villains to conquer the MCU instead of returning home to die. They overpower Peter, destroy Happy’s apartment and escape.
>MJ and Ned get separated from Peter amid the chaos. Ned tries to use the sling ring to teleport them to Peter and instead brings in Tobey Maguire’s and Andrew Garfield’s Peters, who prove they are Spider-Men by showing off their powers.
>The three Peters meet, and Tobey and Andrew decide to help Tom create non-lethal ways to neutralize the villains: An antidote for the Goblin serum for Norman, a new inhibitor chip for Otto, antidote gas for the Lizard, a power dampening harness for Electro and a light (?) for Sandman.
>While hanging out, Tobey and Andrew warn Tom that the Green Goblin was the most dangerous opponent for both of them, and Andrew talks about Gwen Stacy's death. They also reveal how Sandman and Lizard went back into villainy in the years since the events of SM3 and TASM2.
>The three Peters are awkward around each other at first, and there is a scene where they try to figure out how to call each other (they settle on “Peter 1”, “Peter 2” and “Peter 3”, but can’t figure out which is supposed to be which).
>Meanwhile, the villains upgrade their tech.
>The villains attack FEAST after learning that May works there due to Jameson’s report.
>Spider-Man intervenes and fights them, earning back the city’s respect despite Jameson trying to spin it against him.
>During the battle, Goblin wounds May with his glider and tries to finish her off with a pumpkin bomb, but Peter catches it and takes the brunt of the damage, while the villains escape.
>Peter helps May out of the rubble, but she collapses from blood loss due to her earlier injury and dies in Peter’s arms telling him “with great power comes great responsibility”.
>Tobey and Andrew decide to suit up to help Tom against the villains and they set a trap for them at the Statue of Liberty, which is being fitted with a Captain America shield.
>A huge battle ensues between the five villains and the three Spider-Men, with MJ and Ned watching from the sidelines.
>The villains’ continued presence causes a huge dimensional rift to appear above New York, and Ned brings Strange out of the Mirror Dimension to deal with it.
>Lizard jobs immediately and gets turned back into Curt Connors by the gas. Otto regains control thanks to the inhibitor chip and turns against the villains, but is taken out by Electro.
>Tobey fights and takes out Sandman with the light, while Andrew fights Electro and Tom fights Goblin. Otto returns and rekts Electro by destroying his Arc Reactor, while Andrew saves MJ when she falls off the statue.
>Tom beats the shit out of Goblin and almost kills him, but is stopped by Tobey. Goblin stabs Tobey in the back with the glider, but Tom overpowers him and injects him with the antidote, restoring Norman’s sanity.
>Strange is barely keeping reality together. The villains ask Strange to send them home with renewed hope they can change their fates, and he does. Tobey and Andrew bid farewell to Tom and leave as well. Strange seals the rift and the day is saved.
>Peter asks Strange to complete the spell and he does. The entire world forgets about Peter Parker, including MJ, Ned, Happy, Flash, Jameson and even Strange.
>People know Spider-Man exists, but don’t remember that he was an Avenger and helped save the world from Thanos. He’s basically reset to what he was before Iron Man recruited him.
>Jameson was just publically acknowledging that Spider-Man is a hero after the fight at FEAST when the spell resets him to hating Spider-Man again.
>Peter visits May’s grave. Happy is there mourning, but doesn’t remember him. He then visits the coffee shop where MJ works. She is dating Ned now and they don’t remember him. Peter considers approaching MJ, but decides against it and leaves alone.
>Movie ends with Peter living alone in a shitty apartment, his integrated suit heavily damaged from the battle. Sirens blare, and he swings into the night in a new homemade suit.
>Mid-credits is Eddie Brock and Venom hanging out at a hotel resort, planning their new lives as superheroes in the MCU when Strange’s spell warps them back to the Sonyverse. A piece of Venom is left behind and slithers away to find Peter.
>End credit scene is Peter Parker being assigned new science partners Miles morals and Gwen Stacy setting up the next MCU spider-man trilogy
