>Disney
If anything, this will be a long, slow decline. They have enough money where they have plenty of room for failure, and Disney+ came out exactly when it needed to. Then again, this also somewhat presume that normalfags will eventually get tired of their endless IP-milking. Only time will tell.
>D&D is about to be turned into a videogame IP
It was only a matter of time. P&P games have fallen out of favor to a decent degree thanks to market forces, and the pandemic accelerated that, especially since they were hellbent on pandering to the people most likely to isolate, though I don't think that would change their ultimate fate.
Can't say I'm reasonably versed on the other two offhandedly to comment.
>when the big ones fall the parasites will follow, just leaving the indies that are actually doing something
Mighty optimistic to presume this leads to decentralization. I want to believe, even though the indie scene's kinda fucked too, but at least there would be more room for outside-of-the-box thinking.

>That's what I was thinking of as well, it's probably them just going on a hate brigade as usual without any critical thinking. For me personally, I personally was somewhat interested in them to make some quick cash on some useful idiot that was willing to buy a jpeg of my crappy animu art.
I can definitely see them having usage outside of basically being digital trading cards. One example that I saw some time ago was that it could theoretically be used as a digital certificate of ownership of physical goods, such as vehicles, real estate, etc. Guess we'll see in due time.
