I don't want this thread to be spammed with guntposting, like the end of last one, but something of note is that it looks like Pippa, a vtuber who has mocked ralph before, is going to do it again, if the title of her stream is anything to go by watch?v=ucGYieH_j_U Since the thread is slow right now, I will just leave it here, it might be entertaining. Last time, ralph responded by tweeting how much he was "not mad" at her while she was live More on topic, did they announce the inevitable remake of Dragon's Dogma? If they go thru with it, how much you wanna bet it will end up like pic related? >>607673 >>607675 are you okay, anon?
(180.95 KB 1074x1284 well done.jpg)

I never played Dragon's Dogma. Is it still worth to play?
>>178633 It's the best bad game ever made, so yes.
>>178633 Ye, don't expect some sort of masterpiece though, the game is the definition of unlimited potential being unfinished. >>178634 It' not bad at all, just blatantly unfinished
(245.11 KB 475x356 drunk clown.png)

>>178631 Nah they closed the circus my friend's circus anyway, he worked there. And the cheapasses at the grocery store don't even have sugar cookies in those little stands anymore after the pandemic and all the little fucking nice things like that because they're all fucking cheapass milquetoast assholes fuck em
>>178635 >It' not bad at all, just blatantly unfinished It is bad. It is good concepts and mechanics that aren't fleshed out enough to make a good coherent game. Good aspects don't make a game good. Games need to be accessed in their totality and DD is an objectively bad game. The best bad game ever made.
>>178631 They turned Demon's Souls into Dragon Age.
THE WIND IS PUSHING MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
>>178638 >firekeeper looks like angelina jolie with cum on her face I love japanese shitposters
>>178637 >that aren't fleshed out enough to make a good coherent game. Except it does, everything is coherent but the scale is fucking tiny to what it's supposed to be, you've obviously not played it.
(7.05 MB 480x270 jevil_midna.mp4)

>>178641 >everything is coherent <an entire class is literally not finished Just because the game is called dragon's dogma doesn't mean you need to be a dogmatic retard about it. You can like bad games, it's okay.
>>178643 <an entire class is literally not finished You're just proving my point cocksucker

>>178644 Ah yes, it's so coherent that you can pick a class that is completely unfinished marring your entire gameplay experience. Very coherent, it definitely doesn't have pitfalls that could make the experience markedly bad.
>>178645 what happened to the /hebe/ board?
>>178646 >Ah yes, it's so coherent that you can pick a class that is completely unfinished marring your entire gameplay experience. So what you're saying is that you've never played and RPG before 2005
>>178647 To based for this world.
>>178648 No I've played plenty of bad games before.
>>178646 Which class is unfinished? As I recall none of them felt like that.

>>178655 I don't remember that nigger being in the game. WTF.
>>178645 Those are some nice cute and funnies.
>>178656 He was a foreign kingdom spy IIRC.
>>178633 Somebody described it as the original Elden Ring. I didn't get very far when I played it since it's not my genre. It might be fun if it being incomplete is not a dealbreaker.
>>178655 And the remake added more by blackwashing characters. It doesn't matter that there were blacks in the original, only that the remakers decided to shit on the original design using diversity as their religious excuse. And there's a reason he's black as >>178658 said.

It doesn't matter that there were blacks in the original, only that the remakers decided to shit on the original design using diversity as their religious excuse. And there's a reason he's black as What was Capcom thinking? Are they seriously getting the pozz juice that the West is suffering?
(236.66 KB 1060x1482 gaming friends.jpg)

>>178664 There's no multiplayer anon, just bots Though you can go full solo >>178660 There is no DD remake what the fuck are you talking about?
>>178664 There was a leak a while back that said that capcom is capitulating to the west pozzing, but at the same time pulling out out of trying to appeal to westerners on top of that. The awful resident evil 4 remake on the VR that removed a lot of content confirmed this, and honestly, I can see why they would want to stop bothering with westerners, after their experience with Dead Rising 4, and how it tanked one of their IPs. They probably don't see pozzing as anything more than something weird that's part of western culture now, altho you never know. Not like I will pay them a red cent either way
>>178620 Since this bread is Dragon's Dogma and I haven't seen anyone else post this old webm. Also I didn't name it.
>>178664 DD is great, and is one of the best bad games ever made. It's not a masterpiece and you should adjust your expectations but it's a really genuinely fun game. >>178666 >There is no DD remake what the fuck are you talking about? Niggerpill niggerpilling, or maybe he's talking about the disastrous DD MMORPG.
>>178664 You will love it or hate it. I saw a gameplay vid of combat for it before it came out and knew it was for me. Its a flawed gem in all its glory. Also I heard that DragonsDogma online had a private server going up. Is that true?
>>178664 First time I played it like a regular RPG and thought it was kind of short. Then I played New Game+ and visited places.

>>178662 >Did Gilda get out of the shower and distract Vivian Yes, that's why there's a towel behind Gilda. Battlefield 2042 Is 'Winding Down' Support for Its New Hazard Zone Mode >EA DICE has announced it is no longer developing content for Battlefield 2042's Hazard Zone mode just six months after the game launched. >Hazard Zone will still be playable on Battlefield 2042's current levels but won't be available on any future DLC maps, and DICE is "no longer actively developing new experiences or content for the mode". >It announced the news in its latest development update just five days after its 128-player Breakthrough mode was also removed from the game. >We're winding down future development on Hazard Zone," the post read. "All of us on the team had great ambition and higher hopes for this new Battlefield experience throughout our development, but we're the first to hold our hands up and acknowledge that it hasn't found the right home in Battlefield 2042. >"We'll greatly benefit from letting our focus and energy stay on the modes we see you engaging most with." Hazard Zone was a four-player mode introduced in Battlefield 2042 that had players locate and collect a series of items throughout the map while fighting off other squads. >Battlefield's 2042's Season One, essentially its Battle Pass, was delayed from February to summer 2022 (we now know it's coming in June) as developer DICE instead chose to focus on more pressing issues like adding a scoreboard to online matches, but this update was also delayed a few days later until it was finally released in March. >Publisher EA admitted around the same time that Battlefield 2042 did not meet expectations, and soon after a petition asking for refunds started online that more than 230,000 players have now signed. >DICE announced at the beginning of March that it was aware of several issues within its map design and said it understood why players were calling the game a "walking simulator". The maps will be fixed one by one starting with Kaleidoscope but not until summer at the earliest. >Battlefield 2042's number had diminished in the meantime, as in early March it had fewer players on Steam than Battlefield 1, 4, and 5. Voice chat was added a month later, though only for squads and parties, and its latest update (which was released on May 19) included a handful of other changes including the aforementioned removal of 128-player Breakthrough mode. https://archive.ph/HXQ3H Call of Duty: Warzone 2's Leaked Map Locations Could Hint at MW2 Multiplayer Remasters >Gamers are finally starting to get some proper information on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, with the game’s release date officially revealed. >Alongside the confirmation of the sequel’s big launch day, fans have been told which characters will make up Task Force 141 and have gotten a look at Modern Warfare 2’s official cover art. >At this point, fans are just waiting for the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 reveal trailer to get a look at some gameplay from Infinity Ward’s latest title. In the meantime, leakers are continuing to share information about Modern Warfare 2 and the series as a whole. One recent leak for Call of Duty: Warzone 2 should prove to be particularly interesting, as it might just confirm some map remasters for the new MW2. >While there have been numerous leaks about Warzone 2 that touch on new features like swimming, interrogations, and Strongholds, one of the most heavily repeated rumors suggests that the map will feel like Blackout. >It will apparently focus heavily on iconic locations from the original Modern Warfare trilogy, working classic multiplayer maps into larger points of interest to make for a play space that leans heavily on nostalgia. >The latest leak has revealed which classic locations will be included inside the Call of Duty: Warzone 2 map, with the chosen areas all being pulled from 2009’s Modern Warfare 2. >The iconic game has a map lineup that is widely regarded as one of the very best in franchise history, with only the first two Black Ops titles placed on the same level. As such, it makes perfect sense that several locations from that game will feature in the Warzone 2 map, likely joining some areas from the new Modern Warfare 2 to make for a combination between the old and the new. >The first map is Highrise, a location beloved for its Sniper Rifle battles and a hidden rooftop spot that required some complex platforming to successfully reach. >The map will supposedly be integrated into a larger city area. Afghan will also be included if the leaks are accurate, renamed Caves. >It will surely provide the same interiors the old map features as well as the memorable overhang where players could take shots at those below. Quarry is also expected to feature in the Warzone 2 map. >The final map that reputable leaker Tom Henderson is certain will appear is Terminal. While Verdansk had its own airport, many were disappointed that it lacked the layout of this classic map. >In Warzone 2, it seems like players will be free to enter the iconic camping spot at the back of the plane as well as all the nearby areas. Another location that leakers believe will feature, but are not 100% certain on, is Favela. If the visually pleasing map does make its way to Call of Duty: Warzone 2, its point of interest will apparently be dubbed Mountain Town. >there is a chance that fans will get to see Afghan, Terminal, Favela, Quarry, and Highrise in multiplayer. Whether these maps are available upon release or are added through Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2’s Seasons remains to be seen, though all will likely come at some point. >Perhaps the other, brand-new locations that were leaked for the Warzone 2 map could double as multiplayer maps as well. After all, a Graveyard and Shipwreck do sound like fun locations for a 6v6 arena. >It is worth noting that if these Modern Warfare 2 map remasters do happen, others could as well. With the Intervention Sniper Rifle leaked, the quickscoping arena Rust would be a good map to remaster. Likewise, it could be fun to see locations like Estate and Wasteland again. >Fans should also keep an eye on the areas that are added to the Warzone 2 map through updates, as they could be repurposed as multiplayer maps as well. >While the leaked Warzone 2 areas are promising for nostalgic MW2 fans, they might just prove to be even more exciting for those picking up the Modern Warfare 2 later this year. https://archive.ph/843lJ

HAUNTING WORDS Shooter Salvador Ramos made terrifying threat after losing at violent video game Dead By Daylight, gamer tells police >TEXAS shooter Salvador Ramos may have revealed his chilling plans to kill kids in a callous school shooting online after LOSING at violent video game Dead by Daylight, it has been claimed. >A gamer has revealed how a male player was making threats to "shoot up a school" using an "AR-15" after he became mad at losing a video game called Dead By Daylight, just hours before Ramos killed 19 children and two teachers in Uvalde, Texas. >The player was so disturbed by the comments, she recorded them and said she reported the FBI and the creators of the game Behaviour Interactive. >Just hours later, the gamer was shocked to hear that 18-year-old Ramos had killed his own grandmother before going on a shooting rampage at Robb Elementary School, killing everyone in his path with a AR-15. >Meanwhile a separate source told The Sun that Ramos was known for making threats about school shootings when playing Call of Duty online. >Dead by Daylight is a multi-player horror survival game where one player takes the role of savage killer and the other four are survivors, while Call of Duty is a first person shooter game. >Writing on Reddit, the concerned gamer wrote: "So I have no idea if they were joking or what but they were super angry about losing and started saying they were going to shoot up a school and they mentioned they had some type of gun and kept saying it was going to be all of our fault." >She added: "I recorded the entire postchat and we all kind of brushed it off …but I just am in disbelief because I've never seen someone say that before." >Later when asked if she thought it could be the same person who committed the shooting in Texas, she said: "I reported him on the game …I did report them to the FBI. >"However I’m a little stressed because when I went back to watch exactly what they said the person said 'What if I shoot up a school tomorrow :)' https://archive.ph/Tsx6z Of course tranny taco is a fan of dead by daylight and democrats are respecting literal child killer pronouns. Pokemon Go boycott talks heat up as players slam “cash cow” price changes >Pokemon Go fans are outraged and appear committed to boycotting the mobile game again, in response to Niantic for raising the price of Raid Passes from 250 to 300 coins. >Pokemon Go won the hearts of people around the globe in 2016 as the phenomenon swept people up in nostalgia, and player-friendly changes, thus birthing a fantastic relationship. >Since then, though, the relationship between Niantic and Pokémon Go’s trainers has grown sour throughout the past couple of months over the Remote Pass changes and even removing specific game animations. >And it seems that the souring continues as Niantic raised the prices of Raid Passes from 250 to 300 coins and removed the Remote Passes from the one coin Event Boxes. >Pokemon Go price change sparks community protest Posted to Reddit by user charlibeau, the player shared a tweet expressing their disapproval of the recent business decisions illustrated by Niantic. >Addressing Niantic’s decision to remove the Remote Raid passes from the one coin event box and increase the purchase of three Raid passes from 250 to 300 coins, the user defiantly states: “No thanks, I’m done.” >The Reddit post brought in 390 comments from the Pokemon Go community members and over 3,000 upvotes. >One person commented in support of charlibeau’s stance, saying: “I spent 100s and 100s for the same reason over the past two years, and CANNOT BELIEVE Niantic did that.” <“I would have thought they realized, ‘holy crap, these raid passes are making us a fortune,’ and instead, they killed it?” <Honestly, Niantic has some of the most ridiculously un-talented and dumb leaders of any company I ever knew of. It’s not rocket science.” >Coming on the heels of the second planned “Pokemon NO Day” on May 30, 2022, players have grown increasingly frustrated with Niantic and its recent business decisions. Anything to avoid having to face the fact that the MO of every single one of these shooters is identical and that the actual reason behind them might be because of how we treat young men in society. I would say these are all just political plays but gun control is universally despised even by democrats. >>178771 I'd say that "creative types" are liberal in the sense that they are willing to talk about or embrace things that are not currently in the overton window. Take Undertale for example. It was uncommon (I think) for people to explicitly use the singular "they", have genderless protagonists or copious amounts of depictions of gay/whatever relationships at the time it came out. The overton window wasn't there. Now everyone and their mother is shoving it into media. Same with gay marriage acceptance, black people earlier. Its embracing a "counterculture" of sorts. Nowadays you may see people like Stonetoss, NegativeXP, skit channels like Ryan Long getting traction, and they talk about things, creatively (whether a little or a lot), that are outside the current overton window of LGBTBBQPI+ acceptance, cuckoldry and soy, and might not have firm belief in right wing ideology. These people are now embracing a "new" counterculture. Though I would say it seems like a "reaction" to the current status quo than being an isolated attempt at creativity in a lot of these cases, but then again, so was early Simpsons to an extent. Another example may be the Factorio dev that spoke out against communism and pushing trans propaganda somwhat recently. Obviously not right wing but nonetheless wanted to maintain his own integrity.
After a little searching, I'm beginning to suspect that the exorcism that one anon witnessed may have been carried out by a bogus priest. That's a problem over there, apparently.

It's a weird situation. When the "counterculture" started making waves and the newer generations came in, that's when I started seeing what you describe because I think it ties to the allure and mindset of the Punk aesthetic. As some anon spoke earlier about the japanese, you have Tomino for example who you'd call "leftie" based on his opinions about Japan actually being in the wrong during WW2, war being bad, military not "being cool" and him having a small Oedipus complex. Yet the man himself distances himself from the ideas in his works and from what little he has indulged, his personal life. Which just leads me to believe that ever since the "counterculture" wave started, western creatives have used it as an excuse to abolish personal discipline, balanced thinking sorry, ESL so I don't know how else to explain it and emotional maturity. >>178850 >all that trash isnt christian it comes from jewish mysticism and fanfics like dantes inferno and supposed evidence gathered during witch trials But anon, the greatest and coolest jewish fanfictions aren't even written by the jews but from franks, frogs and bongs who wanted to introduce cool new demons.

>>178859 Christianity is also not the original religion, nor the one given by the angels, or whatever the name was before christianity. Christianity, like all other modern religions, was created from massive war and bloodshed, and, like in Islamism, it reflects to this point because it's values are reflected in it's obsession of death. See, the Paganisms (as in the unknown religions before Christianity) as a religion were not based in the reverence of the self but a variety of things. Things that were not cults of personality surrounding leader were communal beliefs surrounding nature and gods, mixed with stories and myth passed ear to ear, tales of fairies and youkai, little gnome-like beings who built ships in the night, strange changelings who mimicked men, headless horsewomen who stopped only to warn of death, shelterers of souls who cast brave warriors to the endless war where no one dies and all are fed full before battle, all tales crushed as the church encroached on what they percieved as barbarians. Sure, barbarians. But all were barbarous in olden times. They lived hard lives. And here comes the church, who professes kindness and order yet at the same time forcefully quashes all who disobey, violating their own tenants, which change with the times to suit their needs, memoryholed into "that is how it's always been". Is it any wonder christianity is full of pedophiles within the ranks?

>>178858 its as stupid as it sounds but its basically the root of christianity from what I know the abrahamic covenant required sacrifice to atone for sin, the way its described is literally like a blood ritual, the more pure and innocent the blood the more powerful the atonement, other abrahamic religions still do this sacrifice today like jews and muslims with the sacrificial lamb of passover and eid but for christians the final sacrifice was jesus since god wanted to atone for everyone but didnt want to just change the rules he incarnated himself and sacrificed himself to himself offering blood with an infinite powerlevel to atone for all of mankind past and future but then changes the rules anyway and creates a new covenant even though the old rules still apply and you technically have to still eat the flesh of the sacrificed to be atoned of sin which is why priest get super serious about transubstantiation and that the cracker they give you really really really is the flesh of jesus and dont you dare deny it...
>>178864 Most likely, but when you're dealing with an idiot, cover your bases. People think Hitler is an icon of evil, but that only allows you to sling his name to not only read the room, but also to convince others. He's been living in people's heads rent-free for a long time. Use it. >>178865 "Pagan" means "all not christian". There was not an individual religion called "Paganism". Rather the correct term used at the time was "Paganisms". Referring to the individual beliefs of communities at the time separate from the control of the church. Cultures absolutely destroyed by the church, with mockery, scorn, and low intellegence. The paganisms still exist, underneath the veil of the corrupt church, and when it goes, it will return. And so will other things. Scorn not your brother.

And in the church, their practices are still satanic. >>178867 >"Pagan" means "all not christian". Not necessarily, members of other monotheistic religions like Islam are not pagans. >>178871 That's because Islam and Christianity stem from the same source, the Middle East. Also not all Pagans were smart or enlightened, same as christianity. Nor was paganism exclusively about recognition of the divine. Some was about personal power, the idea that eating the heart of an animal to gain it's power, for example. But the thing was, there was no inclination for the pagans to fight exclusively over religion, But that changed when a few visitors from the middle east came in and started imposing rules. You know exactly who i'm talking about. The original jews. Judaism, Islam and Christianity ultimately stem from the same source and it's not a coincidence that the middle east is still full of horrible fucking people and religious practices that are barbaric. The Middle East is not a holy land, it's a land of demons that has enslaved the people within with ideals of pride and "sovereignty". Horrid spirits of strife and blood. Call of Duty: Warzone Director Responds to Godzilla, King Kong Event Criticism >Raven Software's creative director dismissively responds to critics of Call of Duty: Warzone's Godzilla/King Kong crossover event. >This past week, Operation Monarch began in Call of Duty: Warzone. Operation Monarch is a crossover event in the battle royale with the successful Godzilla vs. Kong movie series. It opens up a new LTM in which both Godzilla and King Kong invade Call of Duty: Warzone's Caldera map. >The response to Operation Monarch, however, has been mixed. The criticism has even led to a surprisingly dismissive response from Raven Software's Senior Creative Director. >Raven Software's Ted Timmins is an active Twitter user and is more than comfortable responding to feedback to fans. In this case, a poll was posted by a popular Call of Duty news account that voted in favor of calling Operation Monarch an "L". >A fan pointed Timmins to the poll, leading him to respond. The message from Timmins reads, "I respect all opinions and views, having fun isn't for everyone." Needless to say, Timmins doesn't think much of the poll. >Criticism regarding the Operation Monarch event largely revolves around two different areas. The first has to do with players who didn't have their expectations met by Operation Monarch. >They were hoping for a proper battle between Godzilla and King Kong, or a deeper level of interactivity. The second has to do with many of the pervasive issues Call of Duty: Warzone is criticized for outside the new LTM. Those criticisms being connection issues, technical issues, and frustrating bugs. >Of course, while there may be legitimate criticisms to be heard regarding Operation Monarch, how it was marketed, and Call of Duty: Warzone's continued technical issues, that doesn't mean that's what Timmins was responding to. On Twitter, he's likely dealing with arguments made in bad faith, trolls, and other ridiculousness. >His making a sarcastic response seems intended to be taken in a lighthearted manner, though the undertones of frustration are apparent, as well. https://archive.ph/jsWzt Gaming Gets Its First Union At A Major U.S. Studio >Despite months of negative talking points by Call of Duty publisher Activision Blizzard, quality assurance staff at its Raven Software studio voted to unionize Monday, becoming the first union at a big studio in the U.S. >The successful vote comes with talk of labor organizing picking up across the gaming industry as developers call for better pay, job security, and corporate accountability. >The vote, which was livestreamed on Twitch, represented 28 QA devs at the Wisconsin studio that assists with Call of Duty: Warzone and other big blockbusters, and ended in a tally of 19 in favor and three against (two votes were challenged). >Under the label Game Workers Alliance (GWA), the group is now legally recognized by the National Labor Relations Board and can proceed to negotiate its first contract with Activision Blizzard to secure better pay and other improved working conditions. Best-selling franchises like Call of Duty are notorious pressure cookers for developers, and developers in QA often bear the brunt of a project and a company’s shortcomings. >Activision Blizzard worked tirelessly to undermine our efforts to establish our union, but we persevered,” members of GWA said in a statement. “Now that we’ve won our election, it is our duty to protect these foundational values on which our union stands.” >We respect and believe in the right of all employees to decide whether or not to support or vote for a union,” Activision Blizzard spokeswoman Ron Talia told Kotaku in an email. >We believe that an important decision that will impact the entire Raven Software studio of roughly 350 people should not be made by 19 Raven employees.” >Last December, over 60 employees at Raven Software walked off the job to protest cuts that saw some of their contract QA staff laid off rather than being converted to full-time. >But facing pressure from the QA staff’s historic union push, Activision Blizzard later voluntarily pledged to convert all remaining QA employees across the company to full-time and boost their minimum pay to $20 an hour. The unionizing workers were the only ones excluded from the pay bump. Now they will get to negotiate their own. >The bargaining process can itself be a long and drawn-out fight, however, and comes after Raven QA already faced stiff opposition from management over its attempts to organize. >When the employees originally announced their intention to unionize in January, they called on Activision to voluntarily recognize them. But the publisher, which has spent the greater part of the last year facing mounting allegations of workplace mistreatment, including an Equal Employment Opportunity Commission settlement and California lawsuit alleging widespread sexual harassment and discrimination, resisted. >Last December, former Trump crony and current chief administrative officer at Activision Blizzard, Brian Bulatao, who stands to make millions from a planned sale of the company to Microsoft, begged employees not to unionize in an email to staff. When Raven QA staff moved ahead with organizing anyway, the company tried to force a studio-wide vote on the issue rather than just let the few-dozen staff decide. The National Labor Relations Board eventually shot that down too, and instead Activision managers retreated to a sustained campaign of anti-union messaging, including arguing that unionization would lead to worse games. >In recent months, Activision has also faced several labor complaints over its infringement of workers’ rights and lost there as well. >The NLRB announced Monday that its Los Angeles Regional Office “found merit” in a December complaint alleging the company had spied on and threatened employees for discussing working conditions with one another, and that its social media policy was overly restrictive. https://archive.ph/8VB70

EMO' KILLER Texas shooter Salvador Ramos was a Call of Duty-obsessed loner who ‘cut his own face and shot strangers with BB gun’ >THE school shooter who killed at least 19 kids had an obsession with the video game Call of Duty and cut his own face with a knife just for fun, friends said. A friend claimed that Salvador Ramos, 18, used to shoot people at random using a BB gun. >Santos Valdez Jr, who had been Ramos' friend since elementary school, said they used to play video games such as Call of Duty together before his behavior changed. >On one occasion, Ramos turned up to play basketball in a park but he had scratches on his face, The Washington Post reports. Ramos claimed that he had been attacked by his cat before admitting that he cut his face using knives. >Valdez recalled: "I was like 'You're crazy, bro, why would you do that?" Ramos reportedly told Valdez that he did it for fun. >Ramos was also bullied in school, according to his best friend in eighth grade Stephen Garcia. And, he used to egg people’s cars and shoot at vehicles using his BB gun, a friend claimed. >An ex-classmate told CNN that Ramos shared photos of his firearm – days before he carried out the massacre. He admitted that he was “close” to the gunman and they used to play on Xbox together. >The friend recalled: “He would message me here and there, and four days ago he sent me a picture of the AR he was using … and a backpack full of 5.56 rounds, probably like seven mags. >“I was like, ‘bro, why do you have this?’ and he was like, Don’t worry about it. “He proceeded to text me, ‘I look very different now. You wouldn’t recognize me’.” >At least 19 students and two teachers have been killed. Authorities said Ramos crashed his vehicle before storming into the school and opening fire. >Lt. Christopher Olivarez of the Texas Department of Public Safety told NBC’s Today on Wednesday that all the victims were in the same fourth-grade classroom at Robb Elementary. >Olivarez said Ramos barricaded himself inside the classroom. Ramos bought two weapons used in the attack on his 18th birthday. >Sources told KPRC 2 that Ramos purchased two AR platform rifles on May 17 and May 20. One was left in Ramos' crashed car. The other, a Daniel Defense, was recovered from inside the elementary school, the outlet reported. https://archive.ph/JFXEr Sony Confirms ‘God of War,’ ‘Horizon,’ and ‘Gran Turismo’ TV Shows >Three more beloved video game series are getting the adaptation treatment. On May 26, Sony confirmed plans to develop God of War, Horizon, and Gran Turismo TV shows, adding to the list of several projects in the works at PlayStation Productions. Here’s what we’ve learned about the shows so far. >The new video game TV shows are part of Sony’s larger plan to expand its IPs to other media. The company launched PlayStation Productions in 2019, a production studio dedicated to adapting popular PlayStation games for film and TV. >Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter at the time, SIE Worldwide Studios chairman Shawn Layden revealed that Sony took inspiration from Marvel adapting its comic books. >“We’ve got 25 years of game development experience, and that’s created 25 years of great games, franchises, and stories,” Layden added. >We feel that now is a good time to look at other media opportunities across streaming or film or television to give our worlds life in another spectrum.” >PlayStation Productions released its first theatrical film, Uncharted, back in February. The Tom Holland and Mark Wahlberg starrer has since grossed $400 million worldwide (per Forbes) and topped the VOD charts upon its digital release in late April. >Because of its success, Sony has already dubbed Uncharted a film franchise and sparked rumors of a sequel. >Sony head Jim Ryan revealed during an investor Q&A on May 26 (per IGN) that three more PlayStation TV shows are in development. The first is God of War, which was rumored back in March as Amazon Prime Video reportedly negotiated a deal with Sony. >Ryan has now confirmed that a God of War TV show will launch on Amazon Prime. However, he did not share a projected release window. >Ryan also mentioned the Horizon games, which consist of Horizon Zero Dawn and the recently-released Horizon Forbidden West. >Sony plans to release a Horizon TV show on Netflix, but again, a release window was not shared. Finally, Ryan confirmed a Gran Turismo TV show. However, the project is not yet attached to any streaming service or network. PlayStation Productions has plenty of source material to work with for all three projects. >God of War, which follows the Spartan warrior Kratos, has eight main installments. The 2018 reboot received several Game of the Year Awards. Meanwhile, the Horizon duo tells a rich story about a huntress named Aloy and her journey across a post-apocalyptic Western U.S. Gran Turismo, a racing franchise with seven main games, might need to get creative with its TV show, as it doesn’t have much of a story. https://archive.ph/91sw2

>>178871 >>178873 The term 'pagan' has always been a slur, anons. 'Paganus' was originally a Latin word that basically meant 'rural person'. Or more precisely, 'inbred illiterate uncultured backwoods hick', because the Roman urbanites were prejudiced as fuck towards the rural people they lorded over. It's just that the early Roman Christians were clever enough to turn this prejudice against the Roman polytheists. Saying that worshipping Jupiter or Juno put you in the same bracket as illiterate rustics who have never even seen a city certainly got people seething... And as an unintentional bonus, Christianity was primarily an urban phenomenon. So for several centuries, most polytheists really were 'paganes' in the sense that the were rural types. Christianity in general also took up or inherited a lot of Roman mores and prejudices. Much more so than most people realize. Even the whole concept of superstition and shitting on people who believe in magic is something that already existed in pre-Christian Rome, believe it or not. Roman high society generally preferred cultured stuff like philosophy and astrology over whatever those unwashed illiterate mumblers in the backwoods had to say. Even the cults of the Greek and Roman gods were distinctly urban and worlds apart from what rural/non-urban barbarians were doing - just compare how the continental Germanics never even had temples.

>>178891 >philosophy and astrology >Cultured Everyone knew which stars to check north or south through pure hand me down knowledge and astrology is a wasteful thing, sure it proved the world was round, but it doesn't really have many uses even in modern times. Philosophy itself is not something unique to Roman high society nor is it proof of their culture, Roman society is barbaric even by today's standards, the whole toga and pillar thing is honestly a load of bullshit and most accounts of Rome come from the fucking Romans! Conflict of interest, much? Second, calling outsiders "unwashed, illiterate mumblers from the backwoods" is something every society does. As more and more records and evidence comes out we're figuring out more and more that the old societies were built on lies, and war is war. There's no glory in old society or new society. Glory is something invented by man to give the personal mental effect of committing atrocities a softer blow. It's an evil concept. So tell me, what do you think is lost in war? Do you think societies do not steal from eachother? Christianity itself is derived from the same "paganism" of tree and tinsel, the scaring of demons by assuming their guise, and loads of other superstitions. Essentially the rise of Christianity as a concept was the same as Mao's eliminationist effort to deprive China of their culture, which he succeeded in. And look at how fucking barbarous they are! Can you say with all certainty and honesty to yourself that the rise of christianity was a benefit to society? That it is not unlike Islam and Judaism in it's detrimental effects? Maybe you see it in a different light, and Islamism in a different light from that, because you live inside the system and are blinded by the corrupt light of the church, who has fed you your entire existence and removed your free will from birth? The ancients didn't really distinguish between observing the stars and reading them for hidden meanings. They did both, and both were so intertwined that they were basically the same field. The difference that the Scientific Revolution made is that the field became definitively separated between a science (astronomy) and an occult discipline (astrology).

World of Warcraft to force players to "sign" a Social Contract in order to play the game. >When players first log in to World of Warcraft after the 9.2.5 content update goes live, they will be greeted by the new Social Contract. This contract will need to be read and accepted before a player can continue into the world of Azeroth. The contract outlines behavior that will help make your experiences more positive and provides an outline of behaviors that are not acceptable within the game. While you should only need to accept it once, there may be a future point where you’ll need to reaccept the contract to continue playing. Hail, traveler, and welcome to the World of Warcraft! Azeroth is a living world full of people like you - other players with different backgrounds, cultures, experiences, and histories who have all come together to play World of Warcraft. Every player deserves to have a world that they feel safe in, so please take a minute to read our Social Contract. While in Azeroth, do your best to: Connect with other players and make friends! Being courteous in group content can help you and your teammates have the best time possible. Sending a friendly hello message can help set your group up for success. Play as a team with your fellow players - whether in dungeons, raids, battlegrounds, arenas, or out questing in the world. Do your best to support your team through your communication and behaviors so that you can all celebrate your success together. Assist other players that you encounter in the world. Maybe they need some help defeating a tough monster, or maybe they could use a little healing! Help answer questions others have in chat channels like General or Trade. We were all newbies once - one person offering some help can go a long way! recognize that the Internet is not always a safe haven. With that in mind, please note that the following behaviors are not accepted in Azeroth: Hate speech, including negative comments that target another player's identity, including aspects like race, gender, or ability Harassment, threats, or abusive / derogatory language and behaviors Spamming, advertising, or other disruptive behaviors If you harm your fellow adventurers with any of the above behaviors, you are subject to punishment up to and including suspension of your account. It's a big world out there, with all sorts of people in it. So please try to be respectful of each other, and if you ever feel like somebody is acting against this code, please report those behaviors so that our team can look into it. Together, you can help us make the World of Warcraft a safe home away from home for everyone. Moving away from the ridiculousness of the series I just mentioned, I fail to see the point when "female pilots" have been standard in Western media since the 90's. In fact, the very first episode of J.A.G., the series that spawned the later NCIS series, which aired in 1995, regularly had female pilots.

Halo Infinite head of design leaves 343 Industries >Jerry Hook, Halo Infinite's head of design, has announced his departure from 343 Industries after spending the last four years working on the Master Chief's latest outing. >In a farewell message shared on Twitter (thanks, Eurogamer), Hook said, "Today marks my last day at 343i, Microsoft, and Halo. >This journey has been filled with creating new worlds, platforms and products from Xbox, Xbox Live to Halo. Most of all it has been working alongside some of the most passionate and driven people in the industry, that have impacted millions of players around the world. >Thank you to all that have let me run alongside you in this amazing industry. And thank you to this community." Halo Infinite loses industry veteran. >Hook started his Microsoft career in 2003, where he was a lead program manager for commerce and accounts on Xbox Live. >He later went on to work as an executive producer, helping ship Halo: CE Anniversary, Halo 4, Halo: Spartan Assault, and more. >In 2015, he left Microsoft for Bungie to work on Destiny before returning to Microsoft at 343 Industries in 2018. >Hook hasn't said where he'll be moving on to or who will be replacing him as Halo Infinite's head of design. >In other Halo Infinite news, 343 Industries has restored the tank gun glitch, which makes LASO runs much, much easier. https://archive.ph/sYLA6 EA acknowledges lack of public statement over threat to USA abortion rights >EA has addressed its public silence on abortion rights, as the US Supreme Court decides whether to controversially overturn the country's key Roe v Wade ruling. >That decision, if made, would plunge a swathe of US states into a situation where legal abortion was once again largely unavailable - and it's a situation several US-based game companies have spoken out about. >EA, as with the majority of companies, has not. Nor has it publicly made a specific statement on legal issues threatening transgender rights, which are ongoing in several states. >Now, speaking via a town hall meeting leaked to (((Kotaku))), its chief people officer Mala Singh was asked why. >In response, Singh said EA wanted to make a statement only when it knew it would "actually have a positive impact" and illustrated a "consistent perspective" amongst the company's global workforce. >"The thing that unites us is that we're all here to make amazing games and experiences for our players, and that is how we have the most positive impact on the world," Singh said. >These things are hard and they're personal and we all have our own perspectives and sometimes we won't speak, and that will be upsetting and I understand that, we really do." >Destiny developer Bungie, Psychonauts studio Double Fine and Halo Infinite co-developer Certain Affinity have recently spoken out publicly, criticising the potential overturning of Roe v Wade and, in some cases, promising support for staff who may be affected by the decision in future. >In contrast, PlayStation boss Jim Ryan drew criticism this month for briefly touching on the issue of abortion rights in an internal email where he asked staff to respect "differences of opinion". >That sparked a further report that Sony was, similar to EA, not issuing any statement on reproductive rights - which in turn prompted a firm response from the soon-to-be-bought Bungie. >Annual polling by Gallup shows that, as of 2021, around 49 percent of the US would describe themselves as "pro-choice", compared to 47 percent as "pro-life". >The issue was once far more clear-cut - back in 1995, only 33 percent described themselves as pro-life, though this has narrowed considerably over the past two decades. In a statement to Kotaku, EA said it would, as other developers have, support any employee seeking an abortion if it became illegal in their state. >We recognise these topics are deeply personal, and we know that there are many strong opinions, and some will be disappointed when we say that we're not making public statements because we're focused on the ways we can support our people around the world as their employer," EA exec Lacey Haines wrote. >That is what we're doing, in this case, making sure that people have access to the healthcare benefits we provide as a company, even if those aren't available locally." >Examples of public statements by EA on recent issues include a coment on Black Lives Matter following the murder of George Floyd, a joint-sponsorship of an advertisement on Texas' current "anti-LGBTQ+ efforts", and a call for peace in Ukraine. https://archive.ph/ZUI5j

Sony Turning PlayStation’s ‘Gran Turismo’ Into Movie; Neill Blomkamp Eyed To Direct >EXCLUSIVE: Sony Pictures and PlayStation Productions, whose most recent video-game-to-film collaboration Uncharted grossed more than $400 million in global box office earlier this year, are getting behind the wheel for a >movie adaptation of the iconic driving game Gran Turismo. >The project is in very early development, we hear. Neill Blomkamp is being eyed to direct. The plot of the film project is being kept under wraps, but the news comes as rumors surfaced today that a TV adaptation of the racing game is also being developed and aimed at a streaming service. >Those rumors are not accurate, we hear. There is a rich history behind the game, created by Polyphony and Kazunori Yamauchi in 1997 and hailed as one of the most authentic driving simulator in its class for its focus on precise graphics, driving physics and attention to detail of its cars, which players would build and race. >The series has sold more than 85 million copies, with the most recent edition, Gran Turismo 7, hitting shelves in March for PS 4 and PS 5. >Uncharted, starring Tom Holland on the video game character Nathan Drake, was directed by Ruben Fleischer and released February 10. It opened to $44 million and legged out to $400.8 million worldwide. >Gran Turismo reps one of several game-centered projects in the pipeline for corporate siblings Sony and PlayStation Prods. >In April, Takashi Doscher was set to pen the adaptation of the action adventure game Ghost of Tsushima, which has seen more than 8 million copies sold since its July 2020 debut. >Sony Pictures TV and PlayStation are also developing the TV series The Last of Us for HBO, with Craig Mazin attached to write and executive produce; and Twisted Metal at Peacock with Anthony Mackie, Stephanie Beatriz, Thomas Haden Church and Neve Campbell toplining the action comedy adaptation based on an original take by Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick. >Blomkamp’s filmmaking credits include the features District 9, Elysium and Chappie and most recently Demonic, the 2021 horror pic he wrote and directed. https://archive.ph/HpupS >Halo TV series happened and it sucked >upcoming The last of us tv series by HBO MAX >upcoming God of war TV series by Amazon >upcoming Fallout series by Amazon >upcoming Horizon zero Dawn tv show by Netflix >Somehow the director of District 9 and Elysium adapting Gran Turismo >All upcoming video game live-action television adaptions it Gran Turismo probably going to turn out the best This is like Mel Gibson directing a twisted metal tv series. EA Sports UFC 5 rumours, details and what we know so far >EA Sports last released a UFC game in the autumn of 2020 - UFC 4 - so a new outing is somewhat overdue. However, you'll likely have to wait a bit longer as there's no sign of one in 2022. Instead, rumours and a leaked email point to next year for a further sequel in the mixed martial arts series. >Here's everything we know so far about EA Sports UFC 5. It was previously thought that the development of the UFC series of games, EA Vancouver, had switched their undivided attention to a reboot of the Fight Night boxing games. >That meant a UFC 5 would have wait longer still. However, renowned games writer Tom Henderson revealed on Twitter that the team has hit the pause button on Fight Night to turn its attention back to the Ultimate Fighting Championship. >In addition, he claimed to have heard that the game will release in the summer of 2023. Of course, this is just speculation at present but it does make sense, especially given the gap between games will have hit three years by then. And, it is highly likely that there is a time limit on the licence EA holds with the UFC. >In addition to Henderson's claims above, VGC reportedly saw an internal email sent to staff at EA Canada that references UFC 5 and the decision to suspend development on Fight Night >We're very excited about UFC 5 and… we want to eliminate the split focus that several members of our leadership team have had over the past while so we can solely focus on delivering migration and UFC 5 at high quality," it allegedly said. >Fight Night development will continue after UFC 5 is finished. Considering the game is far from official yet, we don't know what platforms it will be released for. >However, as it is not expected until at least 2023 we wouldn't be surprised if EA decides to focus on the current-generation formats only. So that'll be PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC. https://archive.ph/Sn1Jk

>>179071 Yes that one, and if you ask me the sequel is completely unnecessary.
People need to accept that mods=retards on every site on the internet and just move on with their lives. Humans in general are retarded, so it only stands to reason that mods would be too. As long as they keep retarded posters from making the board unusable and don't themselves make the board unusable with their retardation, it isn't a big deal. This post is about moderation in general and I actually don't know who the global in question is other than that I've seen some anons complain about him here and there, which means nothing to me, because anons always complain about mods (or global vols, in this case). Also shota is gay as fuck. Almost as gay as mod drama.
>>179072 I strongly agree. Considering Gin to Kin was ended prematurely I would have expected FKMT to go ahead and finish it in a satisfying manner rather than restarting Kurosawa in an even worse off state. I guess he really wanted to tell a story on homeless people but thought that no one would have picked it up if it wasn't with an established character? >>179132 >Flight Sim is fun but I get 20 fps on low and I'm not buying a stick or vr headset If you're only getting 20 fps on flat, you can't do VR anyhow. I can barely maintain a stable 30 fps on a Ryzen 3600 and 6600xt on medium settings, and the headset resolution set down to 80% (full rez is 2160 x 2160 on my headset). I hope all those suckers excited over PSVR2 understand that it won't look like that carefully scripted HZD setpiece demo in the helmet. It'll look way better than PSVR - sure, but I don't think the PS5 has the horsepower or the vram necessary to really render VR at that high of a resolution without serious compromises. And Sony isn't going to allow them to reduce the frame rate (that's why so many current PSVR games are almost unplayably blurry. Many of them are rendering at half resolution of an already low resolution screen just to keep frame rates up in games it's not powerful enough to play).

>>179139 I have a gtx 960 4gb and ryzen 5900 or something, changing the resolution or scaling from full 1440p adds maybe 2 frames. In the sky I do get 30-40 fps but airports are a solid 20.

I'd just recommend that if you do end up getting a VR setup, get a card with 12gb vram minimum. That seems to be the biggest problem I'm running into (8gb) at full resolution. Doesn't help that Steam Home and (for me) WMR home take up about 2GB of that even on their lowest settings/effectively off. Most of the best VR games out right now are just the VR modes of flatscreen games that aren't optimized for VR anyhow. And that seems to be PSVR2's biggest bottleneck from my point of view, especially if Sony wants to wow customers with more modern looking games that have detailed textures and at a decent resolution. At least GZDOOM runs great at full resolution, and is still one of the best VR games out there. DOOM 3 is pretty fucking good in VR too if you get the modded PC version and not the garbage PSVR port

First step in the right direction should be limitations on how much you can pay for a game and how much you can put in for content. Because many, MANYdebs both indie and AAA have been doing these assholish things for some reason. Let's look at EU4 for instance, you have to pay +300€ for the full experience. Now does this feel alright? Ofcourse not. Yet noone has tried to do something with it. Second thing is size limits. You shouldn't be downloading and installing a 500GB game that takes up half of your harddisc. That's very retarded. This is extremely obvious any time you see a tranny deal with a fantasy or sci-fi setting where they could conceivably swap their gender flawlessly, they will inevitably without fail write something closer to HRT rather than take the gender swap option. High guardian spice? Have to take a potion every week. That shitty's Beamdog Baldur's;Gate addon? Even though D&D has gender swapping in the fucking rules there was still a tranny somehow. I saw a comment on a manga that had a curse that switched people's gender and some faggot in the comments was saying that would be a viable option in a fantasy setting since HRT wouldn't be available yet, the implication fucking being that HRT is somehow better than a magic that actually changes your gender. >>179234 Is it more plausible that trannies don't want to be seen as woman or that the only trannies society is consistently exposed to are the ones that are clearly uninterested in being perceived as "passing" woman? Don't worry it's a rhetorical question I already know your answer.
>>179252 Yup, that's the one. Forgot the name.
>>179250 he says fuck all
>>179218 >How Common Sense Gacha Control Laws. 1. Gacha companies must disclose win chance. 2. Win chance must be 100% 3. Price of gacha item must be $0.00
>>179255 I mean of course he wouldn't outright discuss gamergate, that would be career suicide. The vtuber company also doesn't allow politics, so he couldn't really talk about that much either. They do talk about journos a bit, but most of it was about how corporations decay once the employee count goes above 100 and you start having departments that segregate employees.
>>179256 Everyone else should be banned from winning gacha games except me and my security guards.
>>179256 Pretty sure almost every new gacha has $0 pulls where you win something, disclosing chances is also something many of the waifu app ones do. You just have an energy bar or something to limit how much you can play the game for pulls each day, so if you really like the game you have to spend money or play hours a day for years.
>>179257 The interview is 278 minutes long. It was not even interesting. No one will make a webm out of that trash.
>>179256 Okay, yeah, obviously. How do you propose to actually get those laws passed when all they have to do is pay a few hundred thousand to their lapdogs to have it never happen?
>going through old CD/DVD spindles from a closet >virtually every single one is just shitty old porn These are so tedious to go through. And it's not even good porn. It's bottom of the barrel trash. What a waste of physical media.

>>179262 I'm almost positive that no matter what porn it is, someone will watch it. Hell, it may even be worth something to collectors.
>>179265 Maybe, but I doubt it. I had these discs lying around in my drawers for like 10 years and never bothered to check them until now. Would have been awkward if someone actually happened upon them and thought I had such shit taste in porn.
>>179264 Oh, it's that guy. Granted, the one time I managed to get that anon to stop being passive-agressive and roundabout with what he meant, Mark really did mistake him for the huemonkey and delete all his posts in our discussion, so I can't exactly blame him.
>>179263 It's possibly no-argument nigger just being a smart-ass because he really wanted to suggest killing trannies. Plus for some reason, he still can't tell the difference between niggerpill and huemonkey posting.
>>179268 In total fairness, saying you wanna murder trannies is done often enough around here that it isn't really a bannable offense (god knows they're too incompetent to do it themselves despite the 41% attempts). Luciano just gets banned all the time because he does it to a near-spamlike degree and refuses to take a hint that people are getting sick of his LARPing.
>>179263 No, the other one. >>179264 Whichever. I don't care about this autism. I just want it gone.
>>179245 Depends on how you feel about yuri. It's an entry in the (believe it or not) fairly crowded genre of otome game isekai stories (as in isekai'd into an otome game), but the twist is the girl wants to hook up with the female villain rather than any of the male leads. There's political drama and other stuff. It's a little bit different than most yuris since it actually talks about the girl actually being gay, as opposed to most yuri which kind of just focus on the kissing and stuff and don't really bother talking about it from a social perspective. For that reason it might seem a little too western influenced, though it's a pretty mild version of it, as such western SJWs tend to criticize it for not being enough, as they always do when given the slightest inch. Commies also criticize it for not being commie enough, since it handles class disputes in such a way as to not paint the upper classes as wholly villainous.
>>179271 Sounds like something that has too much risk of being used by faggot SJWs to get their foot in Japan's door. And I hate that my first instinct is how it'll be used instead of the story itself because of how politicized everything's become.
>>179272 I mean you just have to pay a nip enough to be the face of your game company to bypass the "gaijin go home" filter with your own writer and some gacha artist.
>>179250 >have you read "corporate cancer" by Vox Day? These companies really should. The shit he wrote about SJWs is just the book form of shit we observed back in the height of gamergay.
>>179274 Is this the sequel? :^)
>>179253 No tranny "passes" in real life. With photoshop and proper camera angling you can trick people, but the ruse doesn't hold up if you spend any time with them irl and actually hear them talk and see them in motion.
>>179276 You can probably just use your nose, if they're trying hard enough then they've already castrated themselves. Women will never be men just because of their skeletal, muscle, and fat structure, so those other trannies don't matter. On top of that, autogynephilia is exclusively the domain of men, there is no female equivalent.
>>179277 What about that other phenomena, whaddya call it, Penis Envy?
>>179278 That's what the women pretending to have autoandrophilia or whatever you'd call it have. They just want a penis to take their woman hating to the next level, not because they actually get off to it. If anything they'd get off to someone else dicking them into submission.
>>179276 I didn't say trannies pass. I said that the trannies that don't want to pass are likely going to end up at the forefront of societal discourse by nature of their overt provocation.
>>179280 Anon considering how rare actual gender dysphoria is, you're talking about such a negligible percentage of the group that one could call trannies as to be completely inconsequential. There is no "silent majority" of trannies who don't feel that way anon. Gender dyspohria is extremely rare, so almost everyone calling themselves a tranny is lying and are doing it for attention, as a fetish or both..
>>179281 I think you're misinterpreting his point considering >>179253. The trannies who don't want to pass. That is, the ones who stand to benefit from the oppression olympics by putting on a wig and screaming IT'S MA'AM. They want to forever recognized as trannies (not women, trannies) in order to reap the rewards.
>>179282 Yeah but that's almost all of them is my point. To such a degree that counting any others as a group is more or less pointless, so it's a statement that applies to 99.9999% of trannies. So you might as well just say it applies to all of them.
>>179275 They're by the same author, as you can plainly see. He was one of the few that actually built an independent platform and was actually successful. Here's to hoping acid will also be similarly successful. sup /cow/
>>179284 wrong, although I used it before either of them
>>179281 Having gender dysphoria isn't a prerequisite for a desire to pass in society as a woman. Retarded fetishists can have that desire all the same.

>>179286 Even if you were to add those people, they would still be a massive minority compared to the type of tranny I mean, and thus a moot point. If the "type of tranny who puts on a wig and whouts 'it's m'aam!'" still makes 99% of the population of trannies then of course those people represent them, because that's almost all of them.
>>179248 >Boondocks recently but oh man. The creator of the boondocks is a Muslim that hates black thug culture, LGBT shit, and his favorite character uncle ruckus. All it really did was ensure Texas won't go blue any time soon by Beto completely tanking his career with that stunt. And without the "white nationalist" narrative to tie to it and just a generic "guns bad" message I bet it fades quickly.
>>179288 There is no way for you to quantify the number of trannies who actively go out of their way to refuse to integrate into society. My point is that it seems plausible that the average person is probably not actively seeking out the kind of confrontation involved in choosing to present as a freak. You can assert that 99% of trannies are seeking to do exactly that because they're retarded degenerates and I can not point to anything to dispute it. But I prefer to assume people are a bit more reasonable when push comes to shove. I like to hope that the world isn't just what we see through the lens of internet posts that are attention seeking by their very nature. >>179287 >the pro defund police now defending the cowardly police that arrested parents trying to save their kids Literally no one is doing this.

They're already firmly for or against it and nothing is going to change their minds. And if the Democrats try to push something through or try and sneak something in through the back door then they're 100% unrecoverably fucked come November. They're already looking to lose because of the economy and because of logistical issues but if they try for a gun grab then they should save their campaign funds and not even bother to run in the midterm elections. >>179292 He crashed a dead schoolkid press conference to yell at the Republican governor.

Mexicans who have US citizenship (by birth or naturalization) have no need for the dems because they aren't at risk of ever being deported. They can vote according to their principles instead of voting for survival.

>>179311 Yup. It was done with the mandate of stopping CP, but of course that was just an excuse to make everything under companies. The last big obvious move was the Pornhub purge I think a year or so ago? A shitton of content was just gone after that and nothing has ever risen to take it's place. A ton of shit even outside of the amateur stuff, like hentai complications, old school videos of old hentai games, JAV stuff all gone and never reuploaded anywhere. A new national poll by the University of Massachusetts Amherst finds that just 31 percent of Americans now support transferring funds from state and local police departments to community social services, a seven-point drop from a year ago. >Meanwhile, with crime a hot-button issue in the upcoming midterm elections, moderate Democrats are more likely to call for additional money for law enforcement than for diverting it—among them, President Joe Biden, who called for a $30 billion increase in law enforcement spending in his State of the Union address in March to "fund our police and give them all the tools they need." >Geniale Japanse uitvinding laat je direct 36 talen spreken While the politically disastrous rallying cry to "defund the police" may be dead, though, that doesn't mean reform efforts have been abandoned. >Far from it, in fact. Over the past two years, legislators and activists across the nation have been testing out a bevy of new approaches to law enforcement aimed at enhancing public safety and making policing more effective, efficient and transparent. >The result: Dozens of cities and towns in both red and blue states have become active laboratories for intriguing experiments that shift some non-emergency 911 calls away from armed police responses; supplement police work with ongoing social work and mental health outreach; and focus efforts on preventing violence before police intervention is necessary. https://archive.ph/FoiwW This whole week alone is nothing but pro defund the police democrats and journalists damage controlling.

Why Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Won't Likely Have Its Own 'No Russian' Segment >Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 has officially been confirmed by Infinity Ward and Activision, and while official details about the game are scarce, plenty of leaks have occurred. >The campaign is expected to focus on Task Force 141 as the group battles against drug cartels, and it will surely have some mature moments since fans can expect it to mimic the 2019 reboot in terms of its tone. >Even those loosely familiar with the Call of Duty series will likely be aware of the No Russian mission, as it caused an extreme amount of outcry from gamers and non-gamers alike back in 2009. >Often used as evidence for the controversial opinion that video games are overly violent and can lead to an increase in real-world violence, many criticized the mission for what it asked players to do. >While it could be skipped if gamers could not stomach it, and they never actually had to pull the trigger if they did not want to do so, it was still talked about as something that players were forced to participate in. >No Russian saw players going undercover to apprehend Vladimir Makarov, a Russian terrorist with the goal of starting World War 3. At the start of the level, players found themselves in an elevator with LMGs and bulletproof vests, accompanying Makarov and a few of his allies as they gunned down everyone in an airport. >The terrorists kill dozens if not hundreds of innocent people, with disturbing details like a baby crying during the No Russian massacre. >From civilians trying to crawl away to blood covering the once-clean floors and walls of the airport, the mission is harrowing, though many players feel like it is an excellent way to establish Makarov’s cruelty. It also shows his cleverness, as Makarov used the mole that players were controlling to pin the act of terrorism on the Americans, killing the player character and leaving their body for Russian authorities to find. >Ultimately, the mission is one of the most important events in the Modern Warfare universe, as it led to the third World War from the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 campaign. > Avoiding Unnecessary Controversy For The New Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 While No Russian is far from the senseless violence that some media outlets and critics claimed it was back in 2009, it still saw the game getting a lot of negative publicity. >If the new Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 wants to appeal to the largest audience possible, avoiding a similar level of backlash would be wise, with any acts of terrorism that do feature being left out of the control of players. >Featuring Russia in any major capacity seems like a poor idea, too, even if they are made out to be villains like Makarov. Aside from Activision wanting to avoid the review bombing seen with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2019, creating a fictional war build around Russia would undoubtedly be a hot-button issue. >This could lead to even more controversy than the original No Russian mission caused, as extreme violence being inflicted on civilians would not be the only thing that some parties take issue with. >Considering that a Ravenov Operator bundle was apparently scrapped for Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, it seems like Activision wants to avoid any association with Russia. >There is also a case to be made that something comparable to No Russian could come off as lazy writing. Doing something overly similar could feel like an attempt from Infinity Ward to recycle its greatest hits, forcing a controversial moment into the story just for the sake of controversy. >Going as far as the first Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 did is not necessary to establish a new threat, and while it did work for Makarov, a similar moment could feel like a shallow attempt to copy what made Makarov work. Now is Not The Time For a New No Russian >Perhaps the biggest point against a No Russian-like moment is that it would not fit with the game’s rumored focus. If leaks are accurate and the campaign truly does center around battling Colombian Drug Cartels, a massive terrorist attack in an airport or another public space would make little sense. >While real world Drug Cartels have committed plenty of crimes and have done horrible things, a terrorist attack like No Russian would feel completely out of place. In turn, it’d actually be deserving of all the criticism the original No Russian wrongfully received. >A No Russian-style moment should be saved for Vladimir Makarov, assuming that Infinity Ward wants to bring back this villain in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 or another future game. With new versions of Price, Soap, Gaz, and Ghost being introduced, it would make sense for the original Modern Warfare trilogy’s villains to be reimagined as well. With Makarov being even more well-known than the despicable General Shepherd, he seems like a perfect choice for the rebooted series’ final antagonist, orchestrating events from the shadows before eventually making his presence known. >When and if Makarov makes a comeback, a No Russian-like mission is worth discussing, as it helped define him as a character and made him someone worth despising. For now, though, such a mission and the conversations it will inevitably bring are not needed. >From a Spec Ops mode to classic maps and weapons, there is a lot that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 should strive to bring back, but it is simply not the right time for something like No Russian. >The original mission is iconic for a reason, as it suited the narrative and made the story more impactful. Based on the rumors regarding the new MW2, though, a No Russian-like event would not fit its campaign. https://archive.ph/ZhOBy
Battlefield 2042 won’t be getting any more new content for Hazard Zone, EA DICE confirms >EA DICE has declared it’s winding down support for Hazard Zone in Battlefield 2042 for the foreseeable future. The studio revealed the news as part of their Battlefield Briefing development update last night. >Explaining the reasoning behind the decision, senior community lead Adam Freeman admitted the mode hadn’t really taken off with fans. “All of us on the team had great ambition and high hopes for this new Battlefield experience throughout our development,” he said. >“But we’re the first to hold our hands up and acknowledge that it hasn’t found the right home in Battlefield 2042,” he continued. “And that we’ll benefit greatly from letting our focus and energy stay on the modes we see you engaging most with.” >The mode itself will remain in the game and will still get essential bugfixes. However, the team say they’re “no longer actively developing new experiences or content for the mode”. Furthermore, any new maps released across the upcoming Season One and beyond won’t support Hazard Zone. >Hazard Zone was announced to great fanfare about a month before Battlefield 2042‘s release. The squad-based mode saw teams dropped into a map to try and obtain special drives. >AI forces would try and stop them, which would get increasingly harder the longer players stuck around. Squads would then decide whether to bank their winnings and extract, or gamble by staying on for higher rewards. Instead of Hazard Zone, the team will be focusing on Season One of Battlefield 2042. >You can check out the development details on that in the post here, or check out the video below. Battlefield 2042‘s first full post-launch season is expected to finally drop early next month. https://archive.ph/aAQss Call of Duty: Warzone loses 50 million players >Call of Duty: Warzone is hemorrhaging players – losing a great number of active users over the past twelve months. It seems that 2021-2022 wasn’t a great year for Call of Duty: Warzone as the game loses 50 million players. >According to Activision’s first investor report for 2022, Call of Duty: Warzone experienced a major drop in player count. Ironically, 2021 was the year that the game achieved a total of 150 million active players due to its popularity. >Apparently, this quickly changed throughout the course of the year as Warzone lost roughly 50 million players. Yikes. Thankfully, these numbers won’t affect Activision Blizzard’s sellability, as it’s already underway its acquisition by Microsoft. This would have been a big deal breaker to investors had this report been made public before Microsoft’s purchase. >As of the time of this writing, Call of Duty: Warzone currently has 100 million active players. Just seeing this figure alone, you can still consider this to be a fully loaded server. However, losing 50 million players in just a span of a year is no joking matter. >It’s obvious that Activision’s shortcomings in improving Warzone played a huge role in the player count drop. Having consistent bugs and glitches in the game while dealing with a never-ending wave of cheaters, players are inevitably going to be fed up. >We’re pretty sure that Activision is aware of the situation and will have plans on improving the game. After all, Call of Duty is one of Activision’s staple franchises. Especially now that they plan on taking a break from releasing CoD titles annually, they’ll have more time to work on Warzone. >If this happens, hopefully, we’ll get to witness a rise in player count in the future. Meanwhile, the development for Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile is still underway. Release date still pending, but Activision Blizzard would really wish that would help turn the tables. https://archive.ph/yz3Ip

Free Pokemon Go Remote Raid Passes are appearing amid player boycott talks >Niantic’s recent changes to Remote Raid Pass availability in Pokemon Go have led to talks of players boycotting the game, and now free passes are appearing in players’ Daily Free Boxes. >On May 19, Niantic announced that Remote Raid Passes would be removed from the weekly 1 coin box that appears in the Pokemon Go shop every Monday. This led to an outrage among players and content creators who look forward to their weekly pass. >The community was divided once the first passless weekly 1 coin box rolled around with a value of 600 Pokecoins. Some players saw this as a better deal while others were still furious by the Remote Raid Pass removal. >This removal paired with the increase in the cost of the Remote Raid Pass bundles has led to players organizing another Pokemon Go boycott. >With only a few days until the proposed “Pokemon NO Day”, players are starting to discover Remote Raid Passes in their Daily Free Boxes. >Pokemon NO Day” is slated to take place on May 30, 2022, and the only way to participate is to not play Pokemon Go during those 24 hours. >This is reminiscent of the Pokemon Go boycott from August 2021 which actually led to Niantic reverting some unpopular changes. >However, user nshriup19 posted to the TheSilphRoad subreddit sharing an image of their Daily Free Box which contained a single Remote Raid Pass. >This was meant to show that it is possible to get free Remote Raid Passes despite the recent weekly box nerf. While some players were happy to know it’s possible, others felt this was a worse way of distributing discounted passes. >One user commented, “How to make people even more upset at being on the wrong end of the daily box A/B testing? Ooh boy Niantic, you wild.” >Others pointed out that Remote Raid Passes had never been reported to be found in Daily Free Boxes before now. “Feels like they did it intentionally, which goes against their reasoning for removing the weekly pass” a user commented. >The responses to the post were a mix of mainly negative opinions. Some felt it rude to only give Remote Raid Passes to specific users in testing groups, others felt this was an attempt for Niantic to “save face” after talks of a boycott. Some players even expressed their disappointment in seeing things they miss out on and states, >There you go Niantic, twist the knife a little more…” So, while the timing does seem curious, it doesn’t seem as if players are happy with the Daily Free Box lottery. We’ll just have to wait and see how Niantic responds to the Pokemon Go boycott on May 30. https://archive.ph/fxbUF Niantic Now Has a Social AR App Called “Campfire” for Pokemon Go Players >Niantic has announced its very own messaging platform, Campfire to support the growing number of players of the uber-popular AR-based title Pokemon Go and to enable in-game communication for them. >As per the company, the social AR app will act “as the homepage of the real-world Metaverse.” Check out the details below to find out more about Campfire! >In a recent official blog post, Niantic announced Campfire and described it as “a real-world social network which starts with a map and adds people, events, communities, and messaging.” >Although the company did not go into much detail, we expect Campfire to be an interactive, social place for Pokemon Go players to meet up with each other, share new map locations, and even organize real-world events, much like the Pokemon Go Fest event that was held online last year. >Currently, Pokemon Go players rely on third-party, voice-based communication platforms like Discord to communicate with each other while playing the game. With Campfire, they will be able to eliminate the need for a third-party platform and communicate in Pokemon Go and other Niantic experiences with a single app. >Niantic says that Campfire is already live for its first-ever AR title Ingress. The company will start rolling out Campfire support to Pokemon Go and other titles, this summer. So, stay tuned for further updates on this. >Other than this, Niantic also announced its Lightship VPS (Virtual Positioning System) platform to let developers further improve the AR experiences of its titles. Thanks to the new VPS platform, developers will be able to learn about users’ positions and orientations more accurately. Additionally, they will be able to anchor AR content in place with “centimeter-level” precision, as per Niantic. >To back its new Lightship VPS platform, Niantic has created 3D maps of over 30,000 locations in cities like San Francisco, London, Tokyo, Seattle, Los Angeles, and New York. The company used short videos of these locations to create the 3D maps, which have been contributed by players. We tell you why they were banned for so long. >The Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG banlist for May 17, 2022 has brought back two cards that have been banned for almost twenty years: none other than Yata-Garasu and Change of Heart. We'll tell you all the details just below: Yata-Garasu and Change of Heart are no longer banned in Yu-Gi-Oh! >Yata-Garasu was banned since it appeared on the March 1, 2004 banlist, and for a good reason: it allowed a blocking strategy known as Yata-Garasu Lockdown that basically made us win the game by preventing our opponent from taking any action. >The strategy was relatively simple: 1 We need to have Chaos Emperor Dragon - Envoy of the End in hand, and Sangan or Witch of the Black Forest in the Field. We must also have a copy of Yata-Garasu in the Deck and at least one LIGHT and one DARK Monster in the Graveyard. >2 With these requirements, we special summon Chaos Emperor Dragon - Envoy of the End. We activate its effect by paying 1,000 Life Points to send to the Graveyard all the cards in the Field and in the hands of both players; by the effect of Sangan or Witch of the Black Forest we can add to our hand a copy of Yata-Garasu. >3 We summon Yata-Garasu normally, and move on to the Battle Phase. We attack with Yata-Garasu. Because of its effect, our opponent will not be able to draw cards in his next Draw Phase, and as he has none in his hand or in the Field, this leaves him practically defenseless. >In successive turns, as Yata-Garasu returns to our hand, we summon it normally and in the Battle Phase we attack the opponent directly again. This completes the loop. This devastating strategy was the reason why Yata-Garasu was banned from the game more than 18 years ago. >On the other hand, Change of Heart, also banned on March 1, 2004, has a simpler but equally devastating effect during the first stage of the card game: it allowed us to select a Monster from the opponent and take control of it until the end of the turn. >Fidelity Shift was used in the Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters anime by Bakura, who considers it to be his favorite card. He first showed it in episode 12, "Trial by Red-Eyes." >As time has gone on, new strategies and ways of playing Yu-Gi-Oh! have made cards and stratagems that were previously too powerful obsolete. Every few months, the Yu-Gi-Oh! banned and allowed card lists are updated, and the metagame changes. >Yu-Gi-Oh! May 2022 Yu-Gi-Oh! Banlist This is the complete Yu-Gi-Oh! banlist for the May 17, 2022 TCG: <Forbidden Mecha Phantom Beast Auroradon <Prank-Kids Meow-Meow-Mu <Predaplant Verte Anaconda <Limited <Jet Synchron <Red Rose Dragon <Shooting Riser Dragon <Yata-Garasu <Change of Heart <Crystron Halqifibrax <Time Seal <Performapal Monkeyboard <Semi-limited <Pot of Desires <Cyber Angel Benten <Fire Formation - Tenki <Dinomight Knight, the True Dracofighter <Trickstar Light Stage <Wall of Revealing Light <No Limit <Night Assailant <Salamangreat Miragestallio <Salamangreat Circle <Scapegoat <A Hero Lives <Trishula, Dragon of the Ice Barrier https://archive.ph/mULQX California Man Accused of Stealing Thousands of Dollars Worth of Pokemon Cards >One Pokemon fan takes card collecting too far after they rob a card store and take off with reportedly thousands of dollars of valuable cards. >One of the impressive things about the Pokemon series is its enormous scope. As the world’s largest media franchise, its iconic pocket monsters have featured in games and anime to plushies that resemble Squishmallows. >In addition, the series has become famous for its collectible card game called Pokemon TCG.
[Expand Post]Unfortunately, this popularity has had some unfortunate side effects for aspiring card collectors. >Over the past couple of years, the prices of many of these cards on the resale market have risen substantially causing some cards to be valued for hundreds of dollars and in some cases even more. Recently, one card collector took their passion for Pokemon TCG too far and got in trouble with the law in the process. >First reported in an article from The Signal on April 13, 2022, it was revealed that a man had stolen Pokemon cards from a store. Entering a card shop known as SCV Card Connection on Wednesday in Newhall, California, the man was able to rob the store, managing to leave with over $2,000 of Pokemon TCG cards in his possession. >Fortunately, the incident did not result in any injuries. In addition, the article noted that the man did not use a firearm. >Following the robbery, the SCV Card Connection notified the authorities, and deputies from the local police department made it to the store around noon. One person from the department named Deputy Natalie Arriaga commented on the robbery. >“On April 13 at approximately 11:45 a.m., a call for service was received regarding a male white adult reportedly (stealing) Pokemon cards,” she said. >It is worth mentioning that the name of the man was not revealed. As of the time of writing, the person behind the robbery has not been caught, and there have yet to be any suspects or arrests in relation to the crime. >Unfortunately, this means that the valuable Pokemon cards are likely still in the possession of the thief and have not been recovered by authorities. >Sadly, this is not the first time someone has tried to steal valuable Pokemon cards. At the beginning of this year, another man attempted to rob a local Florida Walmart and ultimately managed to leave with hundreds of dollars of Pokemon cards in his pockets. >However, the bold criminal returned to the scene of the crime several days later and was subsequently caught trying to steal even more Pokemon TCG cards. >While this type of behavior is obviously inexcusable, it does show the popularity of Pokemon card collecting. Hopefully, more fans will be able to get their hands on these cards in the coming days (legally, of course). https://archive.ph/yPfQz
