He is male, but a very weak male. Go look up the video where he goes "I AM STRONG!" and proceeds to show his strength by lifting an office chair and ripping a piece off of a doll that he probably had since he was a baby, both with much effort. Not all males are stronger than all females. Chris is probably weaker than most. Also, he has never actually been violent toward anybody, aside from the time he maced that guy at Gamestop, and that was a very passive, unthinking act that he likely only did because he figured it was feminine, and it required no strength or effort from him. Also he couldn't even care enough to actually hit the guy in the face or anything. He just casually sprayed in the general direction. That's the closest he's ever come to actually enacting violence upon anybody, as far as we know, and we know an awful lot. Keep in mind, it was Barb that hit Michael Snyder with the car, not Chris. Chris would never have the willpower to actually be violent. He probably wouldn't have the willpower to defend himself, either. And if he did, he wouldn't have the physical strength. Yes, even against a woman. Especially against an actual violent woman that is used to being violent and getting away with it (until the one time she didn't). And don't discount the use of weapons, which level any playing field there may be. If he were stronger, it wouldn't stop him from getting stabbed. And he probably wouldn't have the mind or willpower to use weapons himself, unless it was a weapon that could be used very carelessly, like a pot of boiling water or something. I could see him be stupid enough to not comprehend how it's different from just splashing regular water on someone. I would hope they'd keep prisoners away from things like that though.

And since he's changed his full name to Christopher Christian Christine Ricardo Weston Chandler Sonichu, the case would literally be called Sonichu v Virginia. Somehow, that's fitting for a final boss fight. It was foreshadowed from the beginning, in retrospect.
