The only real difference between most keyboard layouts is simply where each letter goes. Maybe some of the ergonomic ones are easier to use for most games, since they can dilineate which keys are reachable by which hand and often shorten the travel distance. Babylon 5 is great because of the writing. Rewatching next gen I picked up things that I didn't as a child, Like yes that guys armor looks like foam padding sewn together but he just took a snort of what he said was drugs for soldiers off his chest thing.
