I thought about that years ago when 9-11 happened, and it seemed legit at the time. But as time goes by and administrations change and incompetent appearing things happen over and over again I have to come to the conclusion that it's all by design. So the question then becomes, what is their plan? In this instance I look at the rise of ISIS in Iraq that included lots of US weapons seized from Iraq and columns of Toyotas driving across the desert with no resistance from the US.
