I have parsed some of the images for better readability. This is not a manifesto, its her personal diary. My assumption is standard depression after being rejected by friends and family not accepting her for who she wants to be, Maybe Borderline Personality if you want to assign a medical term as she wanted love from others (but I assume she acted creepy/weird in front of them), gets very emotionally hurt from minor sources, I've seen these patterns in people with borderline personality where they keep repeating everything hurts. Did she have actual gender dysphoria for real? Dunno, She does write her politics a little bit but not as much as wanna being transgender, girls, feeling hurt, wanting to die. It doesn't look a bit like she was politically motivated, she just wanted to be loved but couldn't, so wanted to die and kill others along with herself. Pretty much a suicide first and murder later like most shootings.

They want to make the requirements for storing firearms so strict that people will feel like it isn't worth the trouble of having one in the first place. After all, how will you protect your home from an invader if your pistol is locked inside a huge safe that's also in your locked closet? And your ammo is stored in another safe in the other room? The invader will either be gone by the time you gather everything or you'll be killed by the invader when he spots you. People may claim this never happens, but there are many people in the US that live in dangerous neighborhoods, where having a gun by your bedside is essential to protecting yourself. Because if you don't, you could literally wake up to some thug pointing a gun at you instead with nothing to fight back with. Of course, when anti-gun people hear this kind of argument, they'll just try and act morally superior by bringing up shootings, saying that you don't care about the children.
