Welcome! - Introduction to /sig/

/sig/ is a board focused on self-help and growth for our despondent anons in the greater board culture. Because there is no one answer to the amount of questions regarding our current state of affairs, anons are encourage to provide as many ideas as possible. As always, global rules will be enforced. Info: - This is not /r9k/ and this is not /pol/ Although it can be easy to vent about one's issues all day (as sometimes we just need someone to talk to), this board discourages "crab mentality" in its entirety. Similarly, this also means anons are discouraged from validating or approving of "doomposting." >I just want to end myself >Well why haven't you done so already? The above exchange will not be tolerated

Fatness to Fitness

To put things simply and succinctly - no bullshit - I'm a fatass and I'm fucking tired of being one. I've been one my entire life. I've had little control of my appetites, I've never done much in the way of exercise, and not helping matters, I work a sedentary job. However, I want to change. I want to transform this body into something better. I want to be the best man I can possibly be. How do I go about this? What are some ways I can cultivate the motivation, the drive and the discipline to lose weight? Should I go about this gradually or make a violent shift? What are some good meals to eat that isn't shit and tastes decent? What exercises should I do that will help me out the most? Above all, what are some ways to keep me going?

They hated us, so we left them

Let's face facts and get to the point of why we're here. Society doesn't want you and it doesn't want me. The System has never wanted you and doesn't want you back because you can't offer it anything. You are its "original sin" for being born the way you are and there is no changing it. The obvious thing many of us have tried to do is to "work within" the system. You see this right now with parents protesting Critical Race Theory in the classroom as Marxist education that will divide their students. While many of these parents have grievances with the education system, there are still many who believe that it can be "fixed." You'll hear talk of how the teacher's unions are corrupt, or the quality of the education is low because of Bush/Obama's "No Child Left Behind," and Common Core curriculum. "If only these things changed, then the schools would be better!" But that is not how it works. It's a band-aid on a broken wound. That system is of no particular good anymore (in fact, its purposes are for evil and propaganda) and it doesn't want you - so the only solution is to leave it. >So what do we do now? This is something I've been thinking about for a long time. And it's part of the reason I've created this board. Every decision we make, we should ask ourselves this: "How will this make me more self-sufficient?" Our goals will be to find avenues and means of cheating the very system that hates us. >They don't want you to be a "credit card hacker." >They don't want you to homeschool your children. >They don't want you to value your privacy and want you to believe that giving up your data "protects children" and you from "domestic terrorism." <They DO want you to be dependent on usury in a capitalist system that will bleed you of all your finances <They DO want you to send your kids to a class where a woman will lecture your boys on why the White race is evil and how their interests in heroism or fighting is wrong. <They DO want you to be dependent on Apple and Microsoft's geolocation services, text messaging, photo and cloud services so anything you send or receive can be monitored by them. You may be in a situation many of us are in where a dream of having your own property with your wife and children sounds near unattainable. I wouldn't argue with you if you told me the system is robbing us of valuable time we could be using to create a five or ten-year plan to escape it. But understand that patience is a virtue. The more time you put into small steps towards your independence, the closer you will be to achieving your goals. This won't be quick and easy. This will be years of struggle and you will have days, weeks, maybe even months of despair. I want this board to serve as an outreach for those in this struggle. So if you have concerns or don't believe you can make it, rest assured that together WAGMI.

Prepping for SHTF situations & other emergencies

It's important to be prepared with the looming threat of wars breaking out, escalation of the current war in Ukraine, dwindling resources, rising costs, & extreme natural disasters to boot. So this thread will serve as a general advice general for prepping in the event of a true happening. Be it war or societal collapse brought on by economic downturns. I'm by no means an expert but anyone can spitball & add their own ideas. First things first is food & water. Stock up & store bottled water while you can. In an emergency, know your fresh water resources. Boiling it to rid it of contaminants may not be enough but there are options available to clean the water with portable filters. If it gets really bad, collecting rain water is an option but will likely contain forever chemicals contaminating it. Now for food, especially right now, you'll want to stock up on rice, beans, canned foods, pastas, & perhaps chicken bouillon. Long lasting foods that are easy to make & fill you with protein easily. Spices are another good thing to have so you can make that bland food flavorful. If you can & have the space for it, take up gardening now for fruits & veggies readily available. Next is first aid. Have a well stocked supply of band-aids, burn ointment, wraps, rubbing alcohol, & sanitizer. Basic stuff you'd find in most emergency first aid kits. This is just for basic scrapes. Now comes the basic general advice. If gas keeps shooting up in price, which it will, it's advised to find other means of transportation. Get a bike or scooter. Electric options can work but they'll only last as long as the power grids do. Cars are getting more expensive in every way for upkeep. In an emergency, they'll only get you so far if there's traffic jamming the highways. Other obvious thing is to have means of protection. Body armor, helmets, & most importantly weapons. Guns, knives, axes, & bows are not just for your own protection but for survival purposes if things get really bad. I'm no economist so I really can't give sound financial advice. Again please feel free to add on your own ideas or just vent about your worries for the future right now. That's basically why I'm making this thread too.

Theory: Better health/circulation = better erection. Stretching the penis over time = new cells/tissue = larger penis. Better nutrients = better sperm. For better erections (might make it a little girthier/longer because better blood flow, will definitely make it look bigger if you're overweight - technically size stays the same but if your dick is harder with better blood flow, it will feel girthier and look bigger (but it's really not)). For mental health: 1. If someone you're having sex with isn't happy with the size, it's their loss, move on. Find someone who is. They exist. Stuff you can do without gear: 1. Lose weight. Cut and bump up your cardio. 2. Eat better. Drink more water. 3. Up your Zinc. Helps with cum, too. 4. Up your fish oil. 5. Up your vitamin D. 6. If you smoke, STOP smoking - smoke = bad for blood, cell growth. 7. If you drink, cut back. A little won't hurt but empty calories aren't good for you. 8. Up your collagen (do this anyway, it's good for joints and your skin). 9. Find natural ways to boost testosterone (strength training helps a lot, so does regular GOOD sleep and Zinc too). Bonus: Kegel exercises. Stuff you can do with gear (works best if you do all the stuff above, especially weight loss, cardio, and upping collagen): 1. Get a penis traction device. 2. Use penis traction device 4 - 8 hours a day every day, take one day off (8 hours is best, but 4 is minimum - the less you use it, the long it will take to do this). 3. Get a pump. DO NOT PUMP EVERYDAY. Pump once a week or twice a week. Best to do it after your 8hr routine with the traction device. Traction for 8hrs, 1 hour break, pump for 5 - 10 minutes. 4. Repeat steps 1 - 3. Measure yourself. 5. TAKE A DAY OFF, maybe two. Give your dick time to heal. Expect, at worst, have a way better erection. Lower end results WITH ONLY TRACTION, expect to gain under an inch in length (erect) and half an inch in girth (erect). Pumps are hard on your dick, so use sparingly and don't do it for long. High-end results are an inch and a half+ in length (erect) and over an inch in girth (erect). There you go. Not medical or cock advice.
