That zip is such a random assortment of things, but it appears to largely be a visual design document? Most of it are photo references, models, and GUIs. If I were to guess, this was stolen from an artist's computer rather than a designer or programmer. It's a huge leak regardless, an enormous amount of material.

It appears the game was originally called "GOO"? Or perhaps it was only a working title. It's both the name of the folder and the name on a lot of the concept art, some early GUI screenshots also show the game being called that.
