Alright OP. To motivate you, I'm gonna use this to list all the games I can remember beating, off the top of my head. I did it, and so can you.
Using Save States (including rewind) doesn't count, unless you're saving at a Continue screen, or just to avoid using passwords. And all of these are 100% completion unless otherwise noted. And the list doesn't include games you can't actually beat, but which I may have gotten awesome at (like I still play the hell out of Rock Band to this day, and can 100% many songs on Expert with Vocals + Guitar/Bass/Drums at the same time. But I don't give a fuck about whatever the game counts as its career mode or whatever, and never bothered). And I'm sure I'm forgetting many other games I've beaten but just don't recall off the top of my head. It's easier to remember series where I've beaten many entries.
>Donkey Kong
>Donkey Kong, Jr.
>Super Mario Bros.
>Super Mario Bros. 2 (Lost Levels)
>Super Mario Bros. 2 (USA)
>Super Mario Bros. 3
>Super Mario World
>Yoshi's Island
>Super Mario 64
>Super Mario 64 DS (I think it's different enough to count as a different game)
>New Super Mario Bros.
>Super Mario Galaxy (even beat it again with Luigi to get that one secret mini-level)
>Super Mario 3D Land
>New Super Mario Bros. U
>Super Mario 3D World
>Super Mario Odyssey
>The Legend of Zelda
>Zelda II
>Zelda (Game & Watch)
>Link to the Past
>Link's Awakening DX
>Faces of Evil
>Wand of Gamelon
>BS Zelda
>Ancient Stone Tablets
>Ocarina of Time
>Majora's Mask
>Oracle of Ages
>Oracle of Seasons
>Wind Waker
>Link to the Past + Four Swords (I mention Link to the Past again because even after beating Four Swords, gotta go back and beat that new dungeon)
>Four Swords Adventures
>Minish Cap
>Twilight Princess
>Phantom Hourglass
>Spirit Tracks
>Skyward Sword
>Link Between Worlds
>Triforce Heroes
>Hyrule Warriors: Definitive Edition (okay, this is one of the few games I'll list even though I haven't 100%ed it yet. I'm working on it, but holy hell it has a lot of content. One of my favorite games ever, though. I "beat it," but 100% is nuts.)
>Breath of the Wild (Yes, I got all the Koroks and maxed out all armor upgrades)
>Age of Calamity (I actually did 100% this one. Not as crazy as Hyrule Warriors, but pretty nuts.)
>Tears of the Kingdom (Yes, I got all the Koroks and maxed out all armor upgrades)[Expand Post]
>Castlevania
>Castlevania II
>Castlevania: The Adventure
>Castlevania III
>Castlevania Chronicles (the "Original Mode" in the PS1 port, because I can't be bothered to emulate X68000, but "Original Mode" is harder than the PS1's "Arranged Mode," so I'm listing it as a separate game.)
>Belmont's Revenge
>Castlevania IV
>Rondo of Blood
>Bloodlines
>Dracula XX (The Japanese name for the SNES game called Dracula X in English. But Dracula XX is a more unique title)
>Symphony of the Night
>Castlevania Legends
>Castlevania 64
>Castlevania: Legacy of Darkness (Yes I beat both this and 64. I probably should have skipped 64 since Legacy of Darkness contains almost all the same content plus like twice more, but a couple levels are different, so I played both)
>Circle of the Moon
>Harmony of Dissonance
>Aria of Sorrow
>Dawn of Sorrow
>Lament of Innocence
>Sonic the Hedgehog (Genesis)
>Sonic the Hedgehog (Game Gear)
>Sonic the Hedgehog 2 (Game Gear)

>Sonic Chaos
>Sonic Drift
>Sonic 3 & Knuckles
>Sonic Triple Trouble
>Sonic Drift 2
>Tails Skypatrol
>Sonic Labyrinth
>Knuckles Chaotix
>Sonic 3D Blast (Also, get the DX mod made by the actual original director. It adds Super Sonic, makes the Emeralds harder to get by forcing you to only get one per zone and thus play the harder Special Stages, and adds Time Attack and Score Attack in every level. I 100%ed that too. And the Saturn version. Too bad that version doesn't have a DX mod)
>Sonic Blast
>Sonic the Fighters
>NiGHTS Into Dreams

>Sonic Lost World
>Sonic Forces
>Team Sonic Racing
>Sonic Frontiers
>The Murder of Sonic the Hedgehog
>Shadow Generations
>Crash Bandicoot (original, but also including all Platinum Relics in the remake)
>Crash 2 (again, both original and remake with all Platinum Relics)
>Crash 3 (both original and remake, all Platinums in both)
>Crash Team Racing (All Platinum Relics, All Oxide Ghosts. Did it again in the remake. I hear they added more content later but I did it on my brother's copy and then stopped playing out of disgust when they added microtransactions a month after release)
>Crash Bash (Okay, didn't get 300% or whatever the absolute final score is. But doing that is absolute bullshit. I beat it as much as anyone expects you to.)
>The Huge Adventure
>N-Tranced
>Wrath of Cortex
>Twinsanity
>Spyro the Dragon
>Spyro 2
>Spyro 3
>Enter the Dragonfly
>Season of Ice
>Season of Flame

>Toy Story (Genesis)
>A Bug's Life (PS1)
>Toy Story 2 (PS1)
>Spider-Man (PS1)
>Enter Electro
>Spider-Man: The Movie (PS2. I later found out the Xbox version has three extra levels. Gotta do that.)
>Spider-Man 2 (PS2)
>Spider-Man 3 (PS3) (I know I skipped Ultimate Spider-Man. Gotta get to that, too.)
>Ape Escape
>Ape Escape 2
>Ape Escape: Pumped and Primed

>Pokemon Red, Blue, Yellow, FireRed (Of course I beat all three original versions when I was a kid. I was that autistic)
>Gold, Silver, Crystal, HeartGold (Same as above)

>Black 2
>Soul Calibur
>Soul Calibur II
>Soul Calibur III (I miss when this series had very robust single player modes)
>Super Smash Bros.
>Brawl (Okay, I didn't get all trophies and stickers. I count beating all the challenges, subspace, and the regular mode with all characters to be beating the game. Fuck trophies and stickers.)
>Metroid
>Metroid 2
>Super Metroid
>Metroid Prime
>Fusion
>Zero Mission
>Kirby's Dream Land

>Resistance: Retribution
>Grand Theft Auto III
>Vice City
>San Andreas
>Liberty City Stories
>Vice City Stories
>Uncharted
>Uncharted 2
>Uncharted 3
>The Last of Us (I'm very ashamed of following Naughty Dog this far. I didn't even like Uncharted, let alone The Last of Us, but I couldn't let myself believe that the team that made Crash and Jak sucked now. I've learned my lesson now. The Last of Us redpilled me.)
>Final Fantasy Tactics Advance
>Golden Axe Warrior

>3D Dot Game Heroes
>Mario Kart 7 (I'm ashamed this is the only one I've ever 100%ed. I'm working on 8 now)
All the series I beat some entries of but not all, I'm workin' on them. I'll beat them all eventually. And I'm sure I'm forgetting many more I've beaten, too.

No, don't use Warp Zones or the infinite lives trick. Use the A+Start code to continue from the beginning of the world when you get a game over. Infinite continues isn't cheating in this case. It seems pretty intended, at least if you begin from the beginning of the world each time. It's not the same as save states, and later versions of the game made these same continues easier.
