So how can I become one of Bane's henchmen? What's the process? Do I have to start out as a lowly criminal? Do I need a degree? How important is physical fitness? Things like shooting and fighting, are they taught in the orientation or do they expect you to be already proficient in them? Is a military background seen positive or negative? How much do you make a year? Any bennies?
