Akalabeth, AKA Ultima 0. First ever CRPG, made in 1979.
It's very primitive and lacking in content, but doesn't at all feel like a game from the 70s. It plays really strangely: there's no EXP, you gain stats by doing quests and health by clearing monsters, in fact there's no way to heal besides clearing monsters. All quests are "Kill X monster in dungeon", and as far as I can tell all dungeons are identical in layout. There are also only two classes.
It's impressive how much of what would define the dungeon crawler is already here, people give credit to Wizardry when Alakabeth had it done two years prior. It's not like the Ultima series gets no recognition so I won't kick up a stink about it.

I'm going through random silent films, it's a huge gap in my knowledge of film. Many of them are so old they're public domain, sometimes you'll open a Wikipedia article about one and the entire film will casually be there as a webm off to the side. Off the top of my head, that's true for Metropolis, Le voyage dans la lune, and Klovnen. That last one is quite obscure and I only remember it for its distinctive poster.
Something I wasn't expecting is extreme variance in length. It wasn't uncommon in the era for films to have intermissions or even to be viewed over two days, so you get films going well beyond 2 hours 30 minutes. You also find theatrically released movies that are only 11 minutes, and these were often shown alongside other shorter films. It would later be established that a "feature-length" film needed to be a minimum 40 minutes.

Got some spare botrytized wines, which is wine made from grapes with a fungus growing on them, on a visit to a friend's vineyard. Caramel raisins is how I'd describe the current bottle I'm on. They're probably the sweetest wines I've ever tried, more so than a Doux Champagne. Would recommend.

Maybe mecha or xenos, I've been on a boring kick of ass content and ignoring all the interesting stuff I have. I prefer that content, but big asses are easier to get off to because monke brain.
On that note, is there any good mecha doujinshi or comics I might be unaware of? I have a lot of Ratbat and Fred Perry's work. Just to clarify; I'm talking about hentai of mechs.

For months I've been down, but I'm starting to go on the upswing.
