I see.
I ain't gonna go on a tirade about how I feel you but life can be bright, yadda yadda as, to be frank, I'd be lying. My life has always been pretty good in these over 3 decades I've been on this Earth.
I'm just here to enjoy people and doggies having a good time.
I will say that I've known and befriended some people who were considered weird, ugly, awkward, one who was even diagnosed as being in the autism spectrum, etc, who are doing really well in life nowadays, so not all is lost I guess.
Some of them lucked out, another ended up developing this "know what, I don't care" attitude that worked out extremely well for him, others just studied, worked their asses off, and kind of found their little niche in life.
Two of them are married, which I never saw coming.
Of course, I don't know how deep their issues ran, but they were the kind of people that either were made fun of or were otherwise shunned in their childhoods and teenage years. Bona fide losers.
Also,
>Looking at most of these guys in the videos, they're clearly defective. Ugly, awkward, autistic
I don't know how much you've traveled, but plenty of people you'd judge like that simply by looks might not be considered as such wherever they hail from.
I'm Brazilian, but I've seem plenty of Americans (as in, from the USA), mostly from the south, and Europeans, mostly from England and Portugal, that I'd consider ugly as all hell, and yet the people around them considered them normal to good looking.
Them beauty standards do be varying around the world, I tell you.
I'm not saying you are wrong, some people definitely end up in the paraphilia hole due to deep issues in their lives, but some just enjoy or are attracted to these things due to some inherent internal "defect" (deviation from the common human standard), I think.
A bell curve has people on both the extremities, after all.
I think the important part is to not let yourself suffer for things out of your control and/or that harm nobody.
Easier said than done, as things are hard to define and we are not machines fully in control of ourselves, I know, but alas.
Also, also, holy shit this captcha.
I can barely read it.
