To make a long story impressively short, scumbags that fabricated a narrative about being politically motivated started ripping off the gaming industry and got caught, which was the first Gamergate incident. Said scumbags got nearly bankrupted by advertisers doing mass pullouts from several scum sites like gawker/polygon/etc.
The scumbags retaliated by taking it out on pornhub and several other sites that either hosted rule34-ish or Patreon-like content which helped creators by posing as "consultancy firms" and fearmongered payment processor companies to pull operations with those sites, directly harming artists like Aesir by kneecaping the type of content that's allowed to be displayed, allowed, sold or advertised.
loli is one of many things that are struck down. You'd be surprised how much of it was immediately crippled under the original broad definition or description of "Revenge Porn" during the first wave of this style of bullshit. Now it's escalated so far that these fake firms have pubilc presence, such as Sweet Baby Inc. It's just a bunch of parasitic pretenders using false political ideologies they don't even believe in to make money by bullying other companies to hurt other creators and fans of their work.
So long as they pose as left-lwaning Hillary/biden/Kamala supporters and virtue signal as much as possible, they'll always be protected by mainstream media and the political parties they pretend to represent.
All of this is why absolutely everything started to suck super hardcore this entire last decade and anybody telling you otherwise is either full of shit or trying to sell you something.
