I may be more into tickling ladies than men, but Tails is my #1 favorite character in Sonic when it comes to tickles. He's just that adorbs, and as far as I know he's the only canonically ticklish character, so that helps too.

There are three tickle scenes from a French tv show called Pas de pitié pour les croissants. From what I understand the producer of the show most likely had a foot and tickling fetish and these scenes from each of those three episodes proves it.
